To add on this, your background verification will be screwed big time, if you don’t have good relationship with any employee of the HR team especially Chennai. Worst HR department have ever seen.
Employees will be called for individual discussion to discuss on their issues and they will be informed that it will be kept confidential, but before employee reaches his desk, the concerns discussed will reach the TL to screw the employee. Hardly in 1 week there will be lot of escalations against the employee who raised the voice, and later either he will be terminated or will be asked to resign but threatening that they will screw the background verification.
Hell lot of harassment, they say no tolerance against this, but no action towards this. Hell lot of harassment from the AM and Manager.

Not worth to work under this management for more that 6 months because employee will not even get confirmation letter after six months. (its not same for all the employees) .

since there is no one to hear our problems, we are forced to write here.. Can we have some professional HR Manager for Chennai Center. Mr. Stephen, who claims himself to be a HR manager for Chennai center and who compares and keeps saying he is equivalent to the Head HR of CNX... can we have some trainer to train him on communication skills, knowledge and how to listen effectively. He starts to flirt and pull if a female employees approaches him, and he laughs if a male employee approaches. If we have this type of approach and behavior from HR department, then no doubt to to be in the operation floor.
That is what happens with most of the consultancies, guys avoid joining through consultancies.
There are 34k more people coming to join the hole.
If you want to know the meaning of partiality and favouritism, join concentrix..They find reasons to send people home .All the Operations managers, AMs are unprofessional MOTHER [censored]ERS and their English is intolerable..They dont have HR policies and they will chuck people out even if they are in need of people.Operations is managed by merciless numbskulls who dont know what they are doing..There is absolutely no job security in this company..But i[censored] survive for 1 yr, you might get an IT job elsewhere

The management sucks.The operation manager Satish anandan tries to misuse girls, he is a womeniser. Never join concentrix for any reason especially girls. There are opeople like Gershome raja philip so called assistant manager.Sanjay shivashankar so called assistant manager.Narendran rajendaran TL, Jahangir khan AM, Shalani AM, Jaivignesh ravichandran TL, Ranjith ramkumar TL. The above mentioned guys don't deserve their positions. They are supposed to be known as prostitution brokers who torture girls to sleep with the operations manager Satish anadan.The whole support is given by the site manager Balaji Natarajan. There are many girls who absconded from the company becoz of these people and girls who dint accept were terminated.Recently 19th of December 2014 a daring girl raised complaint against the Operations Manager satish anandan.Who literally tortured her. She shooted an email to the global DL'S and an investigation was conducted.The result is not yet released.There are rumours that the top management is trying to save Satish anandan without justice which should not happen at any cost.Including Ganesh the top management tries to save satish since they have done the same thing misusing girls. Guys support this through girl through FB and sites. Justice has to be served.

I have been going through this for a longer time as far as I remember, which in turn giving me tremendous mental pressure that may impact my performance on my job. Mr.Satish Anandan is keeping on pressuring me to do something which I am not willing to do at all. Since, the issue mentioned above is quite sensitive, I like to give you a brief description about it.
Being honest with you, the person mentioned above is keep on harassing me and asking me to have physical contact with him, in turn which is making him to interfere in my personal life also which I was not able to tolerate at all.
If the above proposal is not accepted, he is threatening me in such a way that he will make me to lose my job. Considering my family situation and my responsibilities towards them, I don't want that to happen. I don't want to be punished for someone's mistake as well.
Still I trust this company and my respectful resources, I am hoping for a better solution for the issue they may help this situation.

May be it happened ist time with girl but its not company mistake its a mistake of managnent pepole who do BS with girls mainly guys so i have been part of concentrix its not that bad but agree on your point may be in other branch ..this things goes like this ..

Concentric company they say that they really care about employees and they keep town hall meetings to know the employees concern, If anyone raises the concern then they are out of the company, what ever the issue employees has they should keep it in their until the hole tunes into big canal..
