i have got a message on my mobile that due to excess use of 5GB, my internet speed has been slowed down by the company.but i just want you to get to know that plan on my number is o[censored]nlimited usage then the question of excess using does not arrise.
i am facing very problems to access my internet due to its slow speed. my all business and dealings are through internet. its my humble request to consider my problem seriously.

CONNECT INTERNET — HYPOCRATISM ON COMPANY'S PART
AN YEAR BACK, I HAD OPTED FOR CONNECT BROADBAND AT MY RESIDENCE, TO WHICH THE COMPANY PERSONNEL SAID, THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE IN OUR SOCIETY DUE TO NO FEASIBILITY. SO THEY OFFERED ME CONNECT WIRELESS WITH A SPEED OF 115 KBPS, WITH MONTHLY CHARGES OF 295+180 FOR LANDLINE+TAX. BUT, THEY ASKED ME TO PAY RS. 1600 TO AVOID ANY LANDLINE CHARGES IN THE BILL FOR ALL TIMES TO COME., THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL SEND THE TECHNICIAN AND IF YOU FEEL THE SPEED IS LESS, IN NEXT 3 DAYS, YOUR CONNECTION WILL NOT BE TAKEN FORWARD AND 1600 WILL BE REFUNDED. NUT WHEN I SAW, THE SPEED WAS ONLY 15-20 KBPS, AND THE LINK BROKE CONTINUOSLY FROM THE SERVER, SO I ASKED THEM TO TAKE AWAY THEIR CONNECTION IN LESS THAM 24 HOURS, AND REFUND MY AMOUNT.BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED DUE CONSIDERATION.
THE COMPANY PEOPLE AT CHANDIGARH AND MOHALI OFFICE HAVE BEEN HARASSING ME AND NOT LISTENING TO ME.
I REQUEST YOU PEOPLE, TO PLEASE TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION.
