My Connect number is [protected]. I’m using connect broad band since last year. The internet service they are providing from the starting point is giving trouble. The internet halts for 3-5 hours from the starting. Although i somehow managed at that time, now I’m fed off. From last 2-3 months I’m facing regular issues. I kept on calling to coustmer care, lodging complaints, still facing problem. I kept on calling ok this number[protected]. This man is making faking promises from last 4 days. As I don’t have number of higher authorities, i found this way to reach you. I request you to deactivate my connection or resolve my issue ASAP! And compensate me in any way for the terrible services.
