I bought flat in building which is town planning sanctioned and it is in Grampanchayat Area. Agrrimaent in May-2010.
1) I would like to know for town planning project is Service tax applicable and Vat. What will be service tax and Vat if I have paid 10 Lack after 1-July-2010 (remaining amount before 1-july-2010).
