Convocation Certificate — how can i get my convocation certificate

I have completed my post graduation in Karnataka State Open University in 2000. I have not collected my convocation certificate from University. I wanted convocation certificate. Please suggest what are the procedure to collect convoation from Karnataka State Open University, Manasagangothri. Please give me the Suggestion for how collect form.and i have not yet paid fees.what r the certificates requires to attached with form.how many days it required to get certificate.
Please Provide me as far as Possible.

I had finished my B.com in the year of 2000 and passed year of 2001 in Govt. Arts college chennai. I have lost my convocation certificate, how i will get duplicate certificate.

no step till now. i paid 3500 rupees for that convocation and got the certificate now.i don't believe this web site.
