Convocation Certificate — how can i get my convocation certificate

I have completed my post graduation(m.com) in Karnataka State Open University in 1998. I have not collected my convocation certificate from University. I wanted convocation certificate. Please suggest what are the procedure to collect convoation from Karnataka State Open University, Manasagangothri. Please give me the Suggestion for how collect form.and i have not yet paid fees.what r the certificates requires to attached with form.how many days it required to get certificate.
Please Provide me as far as Possible.

I am completed my BBM Graduation in the year 2005, and i applied my Convacation on FEB 13th 2013, its already 6 months left still i didn't received my certificate, i fillied all the forms and paid the amount their only. The Enquiry person said will send the certificate through post to your home with in 2months still i didn't get the certificate, could u pls tell me when should i am going to get this

Procedure to get Convocation Certificate in Mumbai .

Visit to kalina Mumbai university, Mahatma Phule Division Building . Go to Inquiry window with your original mark sheet . He will give you entrance pass and ask you to visit First floor 24A room number from where you can collect FORM after showing your original mark sheet. Fill the Form and pay the Amount 370 Ground floor 'Bank of Baroda' Bank .Once you pay the amount than you have to Submit the form and payment receipt on Second Floor Room No 45 at second window counter. You will get receipt as Acknowledgement .Keep safe with you till you get Convocation certificate through Courrier . Six month SLA to get Convocation .

I had applied for convocation certificate in Nov 2014 for b com that I had passed in 2003 ...however I did not receive until Feb 3, 2016...however I went to university and gave my receipt and they searched for the documents and they got it...they said it was couriered however I never got any information. Or note from courier company. They said it was sent way back in April 2015. Anyway I did get it
.so don't loose hope and go and show them the receipt and they do have manual register where they maintain all the details physical hand written... All the best..
