Sir,
I am getting cooking gas cylinder through COOKING GAS AGENCY, THIRUVANMIYUR bearing the consumer number (52698 )and residing at kotturpuram (306-Sai Niketan Apartments). As I wanted the gas agency passbook for the address proof purpose ,I went in person and requested for the same to their employee. I was shocked to hear that they charge Rs. 45/- for that passbook which was given for free earlier .Because I did not receive the passbook then. The manager was not there to answer any of our questions and we were sent back and told to come on another day with the fee for the book. I am a retired person and a heart patient who cannot roam here and there often felt very much about the administration of the agency which comes under IOC. I want the phone number of the concerned agency owner or the IOC complaint cell number to take severe action on those employees who were irregular and harsh to the public for which they are appointed and salary is paid .
