Cooking gas agency from adayar chennai supplied us a gas cylinder on 3.3.2011(Consumer No.1755 Mr.N. Subramanian) with seal intact. But subsequently we found there was leakage from the bottomon 10.3.3011 and we complained the same day. A mechanic came only after one day and said that it was manufacturing fault.i.e. wear and tear in the bottom. They never listened to our complaints and they demanded money to replace the cylinder with new...

I am getting cooking gas cylinder through COOKING GAS AGENCY, THIRUVANMIYUR bearing the consumer number (52698 )and residing at kotturpuram (306-Sai Niketan Apartments). As I wanted the gas agency passbook for the address proof purpose ,I went in person and requested for the same to their employee.
