[Resolved]  cooking gas — Consumer address Changed

Dear Sir,



I am your Consumer of RAKA GAS AGENCY-CHINCHWAD

My name--Mruthyunjaya P.R
Consumer NO-54606.

about 1 month back I have booked gas, unfortunately due to some emergency we went outstation. The gas Door lock Status. and returned.

I appericiate your attempt to delivery.

When I came back to pune.

I called and asked gas status. again told me We will delivery at the earliest.

Unfortunately gas did not reached me.

When I enquired again to raka Gas.

they told me your delivery address Changed. you have to come to our office and give a letter for Change of address.

I never Changed my residence after took connection.

Without consumer intimation in your system the delivery address Changed.

Without consumer written letter how you will change the delivery address. after fighting 10min over the phone, finally Raka gas told me your delivery address has been changed as per original address.

Finally I did not got my Gas. I re-booked gas on 31-Jan-10.

Still so for not delivered. When I enquired today aoround 12.40PM. Raka Gas told me. We will delivery it within 2 days.

When i requesting to delivery by today. The operator disconnected call.

This is really not good.

Can you look in to it please...
