Non delivery of Gas cylinder My Consumer No. is D 47322 AND THE CONNECTION IS IN THE NAME OF K. Prabhakaran R/0 B-43, Sector -12, Police Colony, R K Puram, New Delhi. I had booked a cylinder with 24 hrs Booking Dial No. [protected] of Indane Gas Agencey n/o Surjit Gas Depot, R.K. Puram on August 8th 2012 and a sms showing that the cylinder has been delivered was sent on my mobile. While the fact is that Surjit Fuel Depot,( Sector 10, R K Puram, New Delhi 22 Tel: 26175544;[protected] our gas agency has still not delivered it. I made repeated calls, but despite giving assuarances that it would be delivered immediately they did not do so. The gas was booked on 3.02.2009 but not delivered till now even after my personal visit on 15.02.09 and 19.02.09 to the gas agency, though gas cylinders were supplied in my neigbhour which were booked vrey late.

Dear sir ,Our Hp dealer is giving cylinder is not on time .he booked after 21 days and deliver after 10-15 days .and non of cylinder is give gas 30 days .so how can we run our home .

I booked gas for home delivery on 16 Feb, 2008 but till today (21 Feb, 2008) the distributor has not delivered the same. Whenever I make phone call to their representative (some Mr. Anil), says tomorrow it must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type o[censored]ndutiful service.Our consumer code is 635529. And the address is Ekta Meadows , Siddharth Nagar, Kandivli (E), Mumbai.
