[Resolved]  Coromandel Express — Train services

Dear ma'am,

I am a frequent traveler by Coromandel Express, but I had a nasty experience yesterday(29th October 2009) as the bedsheets and the blanket provided to me in coach B1,43 were used and dirty. I complained to the coach attendant who replaced the same immediately, but the fresh ones were dirty too.

He kept on arguing that those bedsheets and blankets were washed,which unfortunately were not.
