Journey date 29 august 2017. Seat number 46. This has been my worst experience yet my co passengers 45 a girl was shifted to upper berth as seat number 42 uncle wants to play cards with his fellow friends. Which started around as soon as the train started from chennai around 8:45- 9 from chennai and continuing until now. There are no railway management officials to whom it can be complained.
