That sounds good Satya, but the big problem is there is no group among us and i bet there won't be group in future too. The reason is no body have enough time to meet in personal and take further decisions and get back their hard earned money.The only one thing we are doing good is putting our views and queries like ( Can any body tell us the progress, is the case is solved, Any updates regarding the fraudster amitav misra, etc.) in this forum since more than 1 year.

One of our friends pointed out that Mr. Amitabh Mishra has started another project by his brother's name somewhere in BBSR. In this regard, can his brother be contacted and we can fetch his where about; Also some of his office staffs would be still in BBSR (or nearby); this can lead to any information about his where about?

His brother must be acting in connivance with Amitabh Mishra, so it will be of no use even if we catch hold of him. As regards the employees, many of them were not paid salaries for the last 6/8 months of their service with the company, so Amitabh is hiding from them too and the employees are also in the lookout. I think we have been wasting time on unnecessary gossip in the net. I am suggesting once again, to get some result, lets appoint a local person of advocate from bhubaneswar (by payment of suitable fee), who will compile the documents from all affected people and file a FIR/ initiate suitable legal action against. When such documents will come in bulk the govt. authorities will take the matter seriously. I dont think this kind of intermittent action individually will yield in result. Lets find out somebody from BBSR fast and ACT.

Amitav mishra was helped by police officials to escape and in return they got huge money from him. Even senior police officials are involved and now a days builder have a nexus with police officials to loot public money. Unless high politician connection, it is not easy to catch Amitav mishra. He even cheated some banks by mortgaging other people's land. Our society is ideal for fraudster and criminals to succeed in their intentions. Request everybody not to invest in these fraud real estate schemes and give away hard earned money.

Amitabh had taken 7 lacs from me in 2008 and he did not return the money upon multiple chaser. I went to BBSR this month and have lodged a FIR against Amitabh in Economic Offence Wing office. A new office started in 2012 by govt to catch these type of who are enjoying in hard earned public money..SP has told me he will update me in next 7 days the progress. I would request all of you to go to Economic Offence Wing Office and lodge a complain against Amitabh Mishra to make the warrant order faster..
How can people sit idle loosing their hard earned money to cheats like this. I urge once again to all those who have booked homes at Cosmo to rise again and do whatever little they can to keep the fight on. Fact to be noted that even though so much construction has taken place around the area where the project was supposed to be launched, the project area is still barren. Please visit the area and see for yourself. Any thoughts???
Cosmo has bought the land it must have tried to sell it off and run away. But because of the issues o[censored]s people booking, he might not have been able to find a buyer. This means the land must be in the co's name, only a united fight is required against the co. At least we can get the land, where we can build our homes. Think it over and act.

Has anyone of you got back the money cheated by Amitabh? I am also cheated by Amitabh but no hope yet

I have similar kind of issue with an another builder. Can any one of you please let me know what happened to this case? is this resolved or still in progress? accordingly I will take the required steps.
