Membership no - 3566
My complaints are
1) I paid full membership. I also paid stamp duty+ registration fee for the land allotment vide receipt no 001121 from Country Condos Limited dated 01/10/2008 with a commitment to plot no - 959. after lot of follow up i did not any confirmation on the proceeding of this land allotment and registration. every time i called up customer service or received a promotional call from the company - i raised this issue but could get any reply. I posted a complaint few days back in this company web site which is yet to be acknowledged and replied.
2) I was told that i do not have to pay the membership fee for the first year (2008) and the money collected against that will be adjusted in 2009. However, i keep on getting reminders on this. Every time i explained - was noted by the calling officer but without any solution.
I am not satisfied with the services and response of this company and would like to get back the money i paid immediately with interest as i feel it is a breach of contract.
