I would like to highlight that I got trapped in scam by country club twice, in 2012 they trap by giving club membership by paying min of 18 months for one ad half year, which was a scam, I paid 1 lakh30k with my credit card.
Now again they called me n said that as u were member of country club we are offering a discounted plot in saila bhoomi, mehboobnagar, for which I have paid more 2lakh 70k in August 2023, but till date...

We became member of Country Club in 2007 by paying Rs. 1, 75, 000/- CGP N 126 is membership number. and Country Club gifted us 2 plots of 1089 sq feet each in 2012 in Vedic Spa Zone 2, Penukonda, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh and got them registered in our name by charging Rs. 60, 000/-. Again it took Rs. 12, 000 for Mutation and sent us papers. But plots have still not been handed over to us, Area not developed. We want to sell the plots but...

I took membership recently on 27th dec, 2023 with the amount of 35000. On 29th we checked all Google reviews and service agreement which is totally not up to mark, so we called country club manager "Ravi kiran" to cancel my membership, he said he will be cancelling after I receive my vip membership card.

Could you please help me in cancelling this membership and refunding my money back.

The Country Club has engaged in deceptive business practices. Upon securing membership payment of INR 65, 000, the company failed to provide promised resort bookings and instead mandated an additional Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) of approximately INR 35, 000 for a five-year period. Subsequent to the AMC payment, the availability of bookings was misrepresented, with only one location being offered, which was not suitable due to prior visits....

We have taken vip membership on 23rd jul 2023. We were confirmed of the country club membership alongwith 7 across for myself, my wife and my father. We were asked to pay Rs 71, 883, which we paid on the same day thru credit card as we were told that they have interest free emi scheme with AU bank.

1st commitment failure: AU bank started charging interest. We discussed this with the person who enabled this...

I am writing to make complaints against false advertising and cheating by your employees in sales.
I was offered below mentioned but got none of them.
1. 10 years package while paying. Got 5 years package instead.

I get nearly 5-6 calls daily following up for AMC of Country club. The process is just not streamlined at the company level. Even after i paid the same through web site, i keep getting calls saying my payment is not reflecting in the system.
How can a customer be responsible if country club or its outsourced party has a ridiculous software, site to track payments. It absurd if the company/agent expects me to pay with them online,...

I spoke with a guy names Siddhartha from Country Club and he wrongly booked a hotel for Goa location wherein I requested for booking in Maharashtra. On the day of travel I understood about this wrong booking and Siddhartha assured that I will be refunded with the amount I already paid and I just have to make a new booking of 3, 000 rupees as I was already near the hotel waiting to checkin. I have received a mail on 26.04.2023 from country club ([protected]@countryclubmail.com) (EMPLOYEE ID : CCI3024) to upgrade my above mentioned membership to VIP membership.

I have made the payment on 16.05.2023, but till then I have not received any communication form the Country Club regarding upgradation of my membership.

We asked Country Club to extend unused Food Coupons' validity through the below mail ...but even after repeated follow-ups, there is no response on Country Club India's side.

It's a Fraud company. There is no system with which you can get booking. No one knows how to do booking. They have taken maintenance till 2025 but I am getting many calls to pay advance maintenance for years later 2025. I have not used the service since 2020 as don't know how to book. The number using which I booked my first and last booking do not respond anymore. While paying for maintenance they provided the food voucher which are not...

I got the member CVPU1VVIPE15LB276908 and told us they are giving us 30 year membership in same amount of 5 year and total amount they took was Rs 150550, later I got to know that I have entrapped with false promise and fake app . and hence I mailed immediately to cancel the member and refund the amount, also I sent the letter of cancellation to there head office in Hyderabad and got the email confirmation and it will be refunded in 120 days...

They have taken membership fees and not providing any services. they cheated me...

I have paid INR 9000 in total towards the reservation of two properties of country club namely Guwahati and Srinagar.

I wanted to cancel the reservation of Guwahati property so I sent several emails in this regard but no response.

Also, I have not yet received the confirmation of Srinagar property till date despite sending 5 emails to customer care as well as to Mr Reddy. It is not possible...

My early holidays are ending on this 7th so trying to book the holidays since last 10 days.
Started at 20th May with phone booking but all no are not working or not reachable. Tried booking on app but it also didn't worked.
