I took a membership of Country Club on 6/7/22 by paying Rs.80350/-.
When I tried to book Stay I was asked to remit Rs. 11530/- ( Rs. 7030/- as AMC and Rs. 4500/- as utility charge).This was not informed to me at the time of signing the Application. The only they told additional facilities can be availed by paying Rs. 6500/- and it is not compulsory.
As I have been cheated I request to surrender my membership and refund the amount...

Hi,

I've paid 85000 for the 10 years + Lifetime membership.

1) I'm also a victim in this trap as they are not providing the services that they offered when I purchased the membership, they told that I will not have to pay any money except that yearly maintenance fee and that too if I've to use the holidays for say 2022 then only for that particular year I have to pay the maintenance fee or else that fee is not...

I got email and telephone from Kolkata AMC and they asked me to deposit 50000 and we will upgrade your card to free food voucher for life time.I paid on 30th dec 2021 and applied for card upgradation on 13th Jan 2022.But card not upgraded and they told me it is going to take time.
Again they mailed me and asked me to avail opportunity to book anywhere for vacation by paying 80000 /-.I paid it on April 25th but so far my card not upgraded.When...

Country club Kolkata had invited me a in their promotion on 3.07.22. They had committed this is only promotion purpose I do not need to take any of their subscription plan but also they will provide me free movie tickets for couple. But they are not fulfilling their commitment, now they are saying first I need to take their subscription plan then they will give me movie tickets

I want to cancel my membership as they have too less hotels. The executive told me there are 100 hotels across India, but in reality, they have as they promised. I was also sold the package as an international stay however now when I call the customer service team it's not available. This membership was sold to me by Neeraj and his number is [protected]. This person does not even pick up my call or reply to the message.

I want to cancel membership as they have too less hotels. The executive told there are 100’s of hotels across India, but in reality they have only 5-6.

    I had purchased country club membership from Ronnie in the hope of getting services as promised by him also I paid full maintainence charges as soon as my money was paid the sales person vanished like he dint promise me anything I'm trying to contact your sales person every one is asking for extra money I want my money back or else this is going to far this time I will screw your company....

      I am country club member from 2017. Initially while joining, they informed me that they will provide fitness, 7 days/6 nights holiday, free/discounted tickets for events etc for 10 years.         I had paid 5 years AMC together in an offer offered to me by your zonal manager Mr anoop singh & someone Trinesh from Hyderabad head office so i paid total 15000 RS + GST thats 17700 RS

        Now i am asking GST invoice for same which i paid and i am not getting it which is legally wrong as if your company charged me GST i should get invoice its more than 10 days so tomorrow my accounts team filing official complaint in GST department that you guys took GST and not giving invoice which is illegal

        Kindly send me invoice or refund amount charged on name of GST otherwise i won't be liable for any action by GST department

          Attracted us by some fake commitments and lured us to buy membership plan however without providing any trip/facility they only call us to pay AMC charges and dont give any assurance of the services committed during the time of taking membership
