[Resolved]  Country Club — Issue of permanent ID card

I got a membership of Country Vacation (CV) also know as Country Club (CC), which has a head quarter in Hyderabad. I did enrolment at Sarjapur, Bangalore on 26/12/2010. That time they promised me that they will issue permanent ID card which is necessary for availing there services in one month. And mean while they have given a temporary card which is valid for 3 months only.
Now as of today almost 4 months are over and they have not given a permanent ID card. And now they are not allowing to availing the services. I made more than 30 calls to customer care in Kormangla, Bnagalore but they are taught to give false promises and false assurances which is not going to fulfil. I just want some stringent action against this fraud company.
