[Resolved] Country Club — regarding refund of membership amount | |||
Dear Sir, I beg you to refund my membership amount Rs 20500/- which is deposited in spouse name Mrs.megha vinay fulzele on 16th Nov.2012.This is because wrong guidance given to me by Mr.Ashish bagde.It was told to me that you will get one yearly package to stay at our hotels in india for two persons and also you can sell this package to other person if you unable to use it. On the above assurance by Mr.Ashish I become the member so that I can sell the package to someone else & deposite my remaning installments.But now the nagpur office people are saying that you have to first pay the remaining installment and then only you can sell the package.Sir this is purely injustice & fraud practise . I therefore request you to refund my membership amount of Rs 20500/- as early as possible.
