hello sir,I am DR RAFIQUE MEMON,working as a doctor in surat.I took country vacation holiday package in year 2012.When i paid money and took package,they told that now for 5 year,yearly for 7 days,i can go to their selected resort for free of cost and also they will provide free of cost pick up service.When in feb 2013 i went to goa through their package,they charged me rs 1000 per day as a service tax and took 1500 rs for pick up charges. When i complained they told that it was their marketing strategy not to tell this information on first visit.This is purely a case of cheating.Kindly do something,now they are not responding to my call also. Country vacation — voucher not complete
we won the lucky voucher for holiday trip and we have been guided by the represtative that you will go to at 96 location in india but the voucher is showing only six to seven places. they told us the validity is 12 month and you will go their any time in the time period. but it showing only three month.
