This is c.balaparashuram from Hyderabad.credit card no - [protected] One day I went to movie in theatre there some people have given coupon to all and I filled that coupon with my contact details then after 1 week I got a call from country club vacation and they said that I got 3 gifts so for receiving the gifts I went to amrutha castle on 7th august 2016 before entering in to the hall they said that it is filmy type show and said to switch off the mobile phones before entering in to the hall and in the hall they arranged some loud music and round tables for each table one person from country club vacation explained about the membership of country club and if I pay 180000rs on that day itself they said that they will give membership card and plot as free so I paid 180000rs on credit card of hdfc bank, first they said 0% interest but I got 25000rs as interest to avoid the interest i cleared credit card amount 180000rs with interest till the date 1st septemer 2016 and country club vacation people explained some false information which is not there in the documents and they said that I will get documents of the land after 10 days but till now(after 45days) I didn't get any documents regarding land now there response is completely different compare with beginning . In the beginning they said that they will refund the money if we are not satisfy with their service now they are not at all responding for calls, later on i got the information about the company that it is fraud.

after i got the information about the company that is fraud i called to credit card phone banker he said that he is taking the request and he said me to send the mail along with the proofs to this email id

My membership number is cvbrd1v5lb224272. On 04/08/2016 i purchased country vacation membership. He told me not any charges o[censored]sing credit card. But i had to pay more charges. He told lies and he cheated to me.
Country vacation member told me you will cancel in within 7 days and i requested to cancel my membership at same day but they did not listen my problem. Not any give correct answer.
So please help me and return my money.

On 29 june 2016, i got a call from a person saying that there has been a lucky draw which has happened and i am one of the lucky people who will be receiving a kitchen set, a week accommodation.
To receive the gift, i and my wife had to visit their office. So, i and my wife went to visit their office for receiving the gift to country club, sarjapur road, bangalore.
When we visited that place they told me that they will give a small presentation so we agreed to it. At the presentation they (Nawaz khan and imran) told us about lots of
Offers for holiday resorts. They told they are giving me gold membership and gold cards for all family members. I and my family can use facilities like gym, swimming pool etc.,
Since they were forcing and at that instance, the offer was looking good, so i confirmed for their 5 years plan worth rs. 51, 000. At the same time,
I was told about emi scheme from sbi credit card and debit card. I paid 51000 with my credit card.
As i was not sure they convinced me by saying that you can sign the slip and i will have option to cancel this membership within 3 months if there service is not good.
After coming home i enquired about the country vacations looked for terms and conditions but there no documents expaining the terms and conditions what they expained during presentation.
They said everything will be documented, but they did not provide anything in written.

Following are the points on which the company has failed and created fraud:
1) no need to pay service charge or annual mentainenace charge for booking rooms in any country club or using their fascilities.
2) rent option if we are not using the vacation, the rent will be arranged by country club agents.
3) there is no pick and drop/ sightseeing charges all free services except food.
4) using the country club membership lifetime for free no other charge or fee in the country club membership for life time.
5) if i book the vacation trip before 45 days, i can get the free 3 days for that year and i can use that for rent or i can extend that to next coming year.
6) i can maximum accommodate up to 8 persons using my membership if i book before 45 days.
7) i can use the country club / country vacation cards for my friends or relations with additional id proof.
8) using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost (Including the electricity, decorations) for life time.
9) if i am not satisfied at any time, i can write a compliant letter to the office where i take the membership and i can cancel the membership with 3 months.
10) free summer camp for kids. 11) all zumba, dancing and swimming etc classes will be conducted free for me.
12) 51, 000 not converted to 36 months emi as they promised.

The next day i asked for the document about these terms and conditions but they said they don't provide any document and they did not agree for services which they only explained.
After 2 day, i spoke to nawaz khan and customer care to cancel my membership, they said they will get back to me and let me know the update soon, but no response from them after a week.
I have mailed country vacations to cancel my membership and refund my money. I have mentioned in that mail reason as false promises and void agreement but no response from customer
Care till date. Please help me what to do going forward.

On 30th June I visited country vacation office in kolkata where i was shown a presentation of their ownership offer by Mr.Das and his Manager Mr.Dubey where they told me that i need to pay Rs.100000/0for a ten years membership fees and then i have to pay Rs.8500/-A.M.C every year only if i take vacation in that year otherwise not, they told me that we will be provided by car driver guide cook and other facilities during our vacations, we dont have to pay any other charges for my vacations we can use 24 sessions of spa in their club and on that day one and half hour was spent during explanation and then i agreed to pay Rs.100000/- i made the payment by my card and the confirmation call form their office on my mobile was also attended by them as my little daughter was very hungry and i left my ailing mom alone at my home so i was in a hurry to reach back home they asked me to sign the agreement i signed it without reading as they assured me that what they told is what written there but when i came back home and i went through the agreement in night i found it to be completely different as per agreement i had to pay A.M.C every year even if i dont go on holidays, all the facilities mentioned are to be borned by me as per their charges, for every vacation i need to pay charges as per their rules and when i enquired at their club i was amazed to know that there is no spa centre there now when i called up their customer care even they are not listening to us and finally a guy name Nirmal mondal in kolkata customer care he told me to do whatever i feel like but they will not refund my money back

This is with reference to my membership number = CVHYD5SB3MLM139516 the name of Mr. N.VENUGOPAL RAO, we had visited your sale office in Begum pet, Hyderbad on Feb/March 2013. Mr. Chandra / Chandu and Mr.Ravi (there Manager Ajay) had attended us and discussed about the membership of Country Vacations.Both the persons informed about the facilities and misleaded us in such a way that facilities and packages that through this membership we can book rooms in 5 star hotel and all facilities are free including SPA, beauty parlour club house, swimming pool, marriage function halls and birthday function including decorations etc . They attracted us by discussing about facilities which are absolutely free and misguided us by their false statements and asked us to pay Rs.36000 for MLM membership. Below is the list of services/ products informed us at the time of joining and actual status is completely false. 1. The EMI should be 1 thousand per months ( 1k x 36 months =36000). but this is not happened the EMI converted 18 months instead on 36 months ( 2k per month) it more burden on me. 2. They informed that club will be open in two months in LB Nagar and Uppal. 3. They informed that club will provide the food coupons worth of 36 thousand which we can use in restaurant, every month one thousand ( 1k x 36 months) 4.Life long free MLM card membership to all the country club resorts and I would be provided a free entry across all their existing clubs and can use all the facilities there, whether it be gym, spa, swimming, games etc. ? Totally false, everything is chargeable and Totally false. It is a duty of the Sales Team to guide the customers in a right way and not to cheat the customers which is absolutely against the business ethics and code of conduct. Your Sales Branch Office is offering absolutely different facilities and benefits which have not been confirmed by neither your customer care nor by your club staff members. I am requesting you cancel Country Club Membership and Country Vacations Membership right now and refund our money back as soon as possible. hello sir,I am DR RAFIQUE MEMON,working as a doctor in surat.I took country vacation holiday package in year 2012.When i paid money and took package,they told that now for 5 year,yearly for 7 days,i can go to their selected resort for free of cost and also they will provide free of cost pick up service.When in feb 2013 i went to goa through their package,they charged me rs 1000 per day as a service tax and took 1500 rs for pick up charges. When i complained they told that it was their marketing strategy not to tell this information on first visit.This is purely a case of cheating.Kindly do something,now they are not responding to my call also.

i'm tanaya goswami,in nov last week we visited country vacation office in pune,then they started describe all membership plan.then anand kangralkar[take over manger] describe the benefits of 5 yrs membership plan[2night 3 days per year].at that time he told us the hole membership plan cost 85000 and maintenance charge not included because it's paid by him.after that i got a mail from this company it's actual cost is 60000,and he include maintenance charge. after knowing this fact we spoke to company's c care regarding this matter and i told them that i want my money back because i have already paid 20000 during this booking. but they directly told us the money can't be refund. after this fraud case i don't want to continue this membership with country vacation and i want my money back.i got to know from net that many people are cheated by them.some people from Chennai already file police complain against them.
Kindly help us for getting the money back from them. because we don't want to continue.

I have took Country Vacation Temp membership from Gurgaon Country vacation office on 5th Jun’2012. I never expected such slothful response from this company which claims to be one of the largest Vacation service in India.

Kindly find the below mentioned wrong commitments done by Dibya Rana and Bhim Singh(Country Vacation ,Gurgaon office).

1. We will get membership card for both o[censored]s. Still not received
2. We will receive event passes to attend all Events/Programs organized through Country Vacation. Still not received
3. We can even avail 30 to 40% discounts on Volvo, Trains and Air tickets.
4. We will be treated as a permanent member for 2 years and can avail all the facilities.
5. Even Cake and gifts will be delivered at our home on our birthdays and Anniversaries. Not done
6. If in case we don't continue the membership in that situation they will provide us 7days/6night free stay either in India/Abroad. And we don’t have to pay any other charges for that.
7. We can use their clubs for swimming, gym etc. Still not received membership card

I am very much disappointed to take for Country Vacation Membership.
I also request you to please refund Rs.18700 that i had paid through my credit card as an advance for the membership as i won't be comfortable to even utilize any facilities of country vacations.
also my suggestion would be that whenever this company are trying to invite new members be courageous enough to tell them why are they being offered free gifts as well as let them have some time to think about before they attend any of your presentations. and also you would not face any legal cases of cheating in future.

Now I would request you to please expedite the process, so that I could get my money back as soon as possible. Please help me out.

I Kanti L Hirani, a case in this context is my personal experience with the country vacations.
On July 13, 2012, at 14:29hrs I have received a call from the mobile number [protected], a Roopa, she was from country vacations informing me that I have received gift from the CV:
1. 6 day and 7 nights stay in their resorts holiday accommodation voucher worth of RS. 25000.
2. One day privilege pass for 3 resort
3. Kitchen set
For that I need to come along with my wife, listen to their demo about the club and go home with the free vacation voucher. I was asked to come to the country club, No.201, Near La classic hotel, YADAVANAHALLI STOP, NEAR ATTIBELE, HOUSUR MAIN ROAD, Bangalore by 17.30. Unaware of their real intentions, my wife and I have decided to visit them. As everyone, who have visited them, is aware, they told us to collect the gifts but have to sit through a small presentation. This has turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life.
Mr. Pappi Reddy and Sales man Mr. Keshav Kumar (Mobile Contact: [protected]) informed us about various club plans and requested us to join the club. First of all they give us misleading information, they said us, we are one of the 500 selected couple in Bangalore city and they are giving special offer for first 15 registered member, and if will join the membership then I will be the 13th luckiest member. Firstly they (Keshav Kumar) offer us a plan of RS. 93000 for 6 days and 7 nights, I ignored the offer, I wanted leave from there. They forced me to be seated there and offer me new scheme of membership of RS. 75000, if my wife will submit the letter of dependency on me. I ignored it and they offer new plan of RS. 43000 for 2 days and 3 nights and force me anything to take membership on the condition. The condition has promised by the Keshav Kumar for cancellation of membership if I will not satisfy with service from the Country Vacation. Keshav Kumar and Pappi Reddy said I need to take membership at this time only say yes and signed on the agreement paper (but after I come to know according to Indian government law organization or any owner of the lessor has to give minimum of 10days to lessee/tenant for read the agreements) The details of this membership are as follows:
1. We need to pay a membership fee of RS. 43000 (Forty thousand rupees only) life time membership plan.
2. We can avail a 2 days and 3 night holiday for five years free of cost at any of the club hotels or the affiliated hotels.
3. I need to pay RS. 1800 for an every holiday as maintenance charge.
4. Every five year I need to pay RS. 10000 to renew my membership.
5. Free car pickup from airport/Train station to the hotel and free car drop from the hotel to the airport and railway station.
6. Free usage of gym facility in their club for one year.
7. Five years free massages and Jacuzzis along with the free usage of sports room.
8. Free couple passes to the events such as New Year eve, Valentine’s Day, Diwali, Dasera etc.
9. Free hosting of personal events such as birthday, marriage days and other such occasions in their club.
10. 20% discount on each booking of air ticket.
11. 20% discount on food.
12. One free holiday, as I am registering the membership on same day.
Trusting that the club will not do any fraud, using my union bank of India debit card, I have paid RS. 25000 (Twenty five thousand only) to the club. By the time he has explain me if I will paid my full amount by credit card then at time Keshav will me cash amount of whatever I have been paid already through other option of payment mode.
And will receive welcome kit which will contain all the details about the club membership along with the receipt for the amount paid as well as the details of offers which we were promised. We have not received anything; I thought some misunderstanding may happen with employee of the club. I leave it; I did not call any one.
On 20th July, 2012, we planned to use their properties at Mangalore. I have checked on their website for Mangalore CV properties. I tried to book room; website said CV properties at Mangalore are not available. Immediately I went to the a sales man Keshav Kumar (Mobile Contact: [protected]) I asked him that on the date of registration you people were showed me a photos of the Mangalore properties but your website is showing something wrong, they did not reply anything and changes the topic and said I can use properties at some else.
On the same date I have been decided to cancel my membership card, Keshav Kumar ignored me, said he cannot cancel the membership.
I did many calls to him about cancellation of membership and return the money, some them they ignored our call or some the call answer but answer were like, he will call after 3 hours.
One day (around 18 Aug, 2012) again I have been reach to club for cancellation of membership; I gave my written letter for cancellation. Keshav Kumar told me that he will forward this letter at high level, and I will get my money back within the month. After that I did not receive any call from Keshav or any person of the club on the issue of return my money. By the time I received many calls from the account persons, asking to pay remained balance amount of RS. 18000.
On 15th Sep, 2012, I went to meet the Manager of Bangalore Country Vacation branch at Shivaji nagar. I met with Mrs. Tilakavathi, she said they cannot cancel my membership and return the money but they can transfer to other new member. She said; she will try getting the couple who willing to take your membership, I said I did not want to transfer, I want cancel that’s all. She gave me period of a 15days. I agreed with her.
Again on the date of 29th Sep, I and my wife went to meet Mrs. Tilkavathi. I have been discussed many issue with her. I asked many question to her about the CV. I have told her about the Mangalore incident and one more Tirupathi incident happened with me; on that issue denied me to give any reply; she was acting like she is very busiest person the in office by ignoring me.
Some of the point I have written below as part of my arguments with her:
1. I: tell the governmental agency in which your organization has been registered.
She: we cannot share this kind of information.
2. I: I can go to governmental agency (like Grahak Seva) against you
She: You can go, but I won’t find any reply from there, and you will loss more and more money if I will step on the government agency.
3. I: why your organization is not giving enough time to read the agreement, even there is law of Indian government that, every lessor should give a time of minimum 10 days to read an agreement, and you are lessor here.
She: it is not policy of over organization.
I: your organization is under the government of India, right. Then why should this law is not for you, this law cover all the citizen and lessor of india.
She: (no reply, act like busy with her work on computer)
4. (I asked to her about return of money, as previously (during a time when I was paying fees of RS. 25000) Keshav Kumar told me to return the cash amount of RS. 25000 if I will pay the full amount by credit card)
I: (I explain whatever Keshav told me), if your sales man (Keshav Kumar) can return the cash amount, then why you cannot; you are the Bangalore branch manager of CV??
She: (Called Keshav, (communication was in Telagu, I am Gujarati but little bit of Telugu I can understand) and asked him about this thing. He said yes to Tilakavathi)
“after call get finished, the lire lady manager told me that Keshav is ignoring this kind thing that he has told to me”
I: said, I want to have conference call with Keshav
She: (Ignore me like anything)
5. At last
I: I will not move from this room until and unless you will return the money back to me
She: you cab seat here, I want mind
I: ok, thanks
Again, I asked same thing about registration of CV (mention in first point )
She gets angry on me and shouted on me like anything and said “Get lost”, “Get lost”, “Get lost”
Still date I am calling to Tilakavathi and Keshav Kumar, they are not receiving a call or otherwise they are just giving time to give next call, every time. I have recorded call since 11th Oct, 2012,
Please help me to cancel the membership and to get the return back my money
Action needs to be taken as soon as possible against this company before they fool many other innocent people.

I HAD TAKEN COUNTRY VACATION MEMBERSHIP BASED ON GETTING A COMPLIMENTARY PLOT. MY MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT WAS MADE ON 31ST AUGUST 2008, AND I WAS ALLOTTED A COMPLIMENTARY PLOT AT 'KALAD' (MUMBAI) WITH PROMISE TO GET IT REGISTERED WITHING 3 MONTHS! I HAD PAID RS. 180000.00

REGISTRATION FOR PLOT AT 'KALAD' WAS DELAYED FOR THREE YEARS! AFTER SEVERAL TIME VISIT TO COUNTRY VACATION OFFICE AT LAST AFTER 3 YEARS, I WAS ASKED TO GET EXCHANGED OFFER i.e. 2 PLOTS IN HYDRABAD INSTEAD OF KALAD DUE TO SOME GOVERNMENTAL ISSUES. I AGREED FOR IT THINKING TO GET AT LEAST SOMETHING IN RETURN OF MY HUGE PAID AMOUNT, THEREFORE, I SIGNED THE EXCHANGE PAPER.

AGAIN I WAS PROMISED TO GET IT REGISTERED WITHING 2 OR 3 MONTHS! AGAIN I STARTED VISITING AND CALLING COUNTRY VACATION PUNE OFFICE. IN JUNE 2012 I WAS ASKED TO PAY REGISTRATION CHARGES RS. 70000.00 AND THE REGISTRATION WILL BE DONE IN 15 DAYS TIME. I PAID THE ASKED AMOUNT IN TOTAL IT BECOME RS. 250000.00

FROM JUNE 2012 TILL TO DATE, I AM WAITING FOR REGISTRATION PAPERS. WHENEVER I CALL PUNE OFFICE THE RESPONSE IS SAME TO JUST WAIT FOR A WEEK! I HAVE WRITTEN MAILS TO COUNTRY VACATION HEAD OFFICE AND TO DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF IT BUT ALL IN VAIN,

I SHOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL IF CNBC PAHREDAR AUTHORITIES WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.

I am Alok ranjan, i've purchased country vacations membership on 19the Feb 2011 of worth rs 95,000.They have promised us to give us cub card,membership card and complimentary gift of worth rs 40,000.after that they have harrash us a lot. They does not delivered any facility to us. We have visited their office so many time and every time they asked for time.And after so much quarrel they have gave us vacations card but not yet given the club card.And even they says that they are not answerable for the gift of worth rs 40,000.
i've all the written documents regarding that so please help me out.Tell me how can i proceed for my complain.

At time of takeing membership sales person did many promises (even we can return our membership with current market price) but after 2 year we have not recived any benefit from Country vacation side even we not getting our actual amount refund after returning the membership. our membership price was Rs:75,000/-. but it's big amount for us & I am in need of money now so I tried to contact them, but they change their numbers & offices also.. how can I get my nay back??? please help me...any suggetions!!!

total amount we paid Rs 3,19,500.00 they will promise for me 3 complimentary plots (2in var its pa 1 is serine hills in kodai) All the amount paid in jan2009 still that plot no register.

We had recived the call from country vacation saying that you have won the lucky dip and after going there they did not live us for 2 / 3hrs untill we become the member they said after 2 yrs if you are not interested you can witdraw i have paid Rs. 80,000/- now they say you can't withdraw the membership you need to pay maintaince fee for 2 yrs and i am getting the mails every day reminder pl. help to cancel this mebership and to get back my harden money.

I paid to country vacation for membership Rs.11000/- initially on November 2010 but when I came to know that there are so many dissatisfied members with this company.So I decided to cancel my membership and asked for refund of my money to the company but they denied to give the refund.

The COUNTRY CLUB OF INDIA LTD. IS A CHEATER AND FRAUD COMPANY. The internet is flooded with bad experiences of consumers with this company.

I have paid Rs 35000/ by credit card on condition that I have to consult my family and children the only I accept the membership. On confirmation from Head Office I rejected the membership next day only and requested not to make member and refund my paid ammount. Also tried to stop the payment by sending mail to ICICI customer care by mail, but due to transaction was over the could not stop the payment. After two reminder also without providing any service my refund of Rs. 35000/ is not being done by Country Vaccation club, Lucknow & Hyderabad Unit.
