[Resolved]  Courier Letter — no delivery

a payback card was send to me from Mumbai...but it was not delivered to me at once...even my phone num was mentioned on the courier's envelope yet they dosnt bothered to call or inform me in any way..instead they sent back the parcel back to Mumbai..and then after the i complained at tilak nagar office like 5-6 times..there after it was been received by me through speed post..that also i went to collect at post office...i just wanted to ask what if it was some imp. document or roll num or something like...i must say its very irresponsible on your part..i suffered because of it..n am sure others also do..i advice you to start acting vibrantly n responsible.. or else you will have to suffer..by loosing your clients..
