Crompton Greaves Limited / 16 — no service available since a long period after lodging the complain

I am Parag Saha a resident of Atapara, nearSinthi more, Kolkaa-50 & I have recently purchased a new padestal fan(Crompton greaves) from Samrat electonics on 8/3/09 & after one month o[censored]se it started giving problem we have launched a complain at Samrat electronics(as per their instructions) on 24/4/09 but till date no service is available either from shop or company inspite of several phone calls.
Therefore requesting you to take necessary action against this matter & help us to get relif from this summer season.
