Unfortunately, the product/service experience has been subpar, and I would like to bring the following issues to your attention:

I, Varsha, am filing this complaint against the poor and irresponsible service provided by the company’s customer support team.

On 5th July 2025, I raised a service request for cooler servicing (Complaint ID: CFR[protected]). I was provided with a phone number ([protected]) for technician coordination. Upon calling, I was informed that they do not handle service requests in my area.

I bought a geyser from crompton. I was to get it installed the next day. The technician visited my doorstep. But as it was morning time the washroom was engaged. As it is a household. People can't expect to available all the time. I asked him to wait for some time after that he vanished. I called the person he told me he would come that day in evening. I waited for the entire day. He didn't come. I stopped recieving my call. After that i was give a contact number through which i would be recieving assistance if any issues faced. Yet no response from the concerned person. I got a call the next day regarding installation . But even that guy didn't come up. This is so frustrating. During winters, we've been suffering even after purchasing tge product cuz of it's service. The service is pathetic. It causes mental exhaustion, kills our crucial time, leaves us unattended. This is realy frustrating.
I won't the relief now. So i would request my issue to be resolved. Hence, im takimg the help of this platform.

Please refer my complaint made on today on your toll free number regarding problem being faced by me in respect of above said 1 HP crompton motor. Earlier the motor washaviung a complaint and a complaint was made in respect of motor which was set right by your technician.

I had purchased the above said motor from Shri Krishna Sanitation, Khewat no.303/253 Village Mouli Baidwan Mohali vide invoice no.47 dated 16.8.23. The motor is giving problem repeatedly and having manufacturing defects. If such type of defective motors are being sold by your company, then your company will loose the customers and customers can not refer to any one to purchase crompton motors.

It is surprised that a new motor is having manufacturing defects and gives problems again and again. Now the motor is not uplifting the water. You are requested to change the above said motor immediately, as the same is manufacturing problem and is giving running problems. I hope you will look into the matter and replace the motor. Please collect the old installed motor from my residence and supply me new motor.

I have purchased 2 fans of crompton silent pro through knew electric trading co, mumbai-400002. Vide invoice no.Gsa/21-22/005543 dt :[protected]. Now both the fans are not working for the past 10 days. I have lodged complaints on the companies whatsapp no. 3 times till now but they are not responding.
I have also called the company's toll free no. Many times till now.

There is no still rectified my crompton fan even more then seven days passed over and regular followed up to Crompton customer care, Mailed to consumer.[protected]@crompton.co.in as well as nearest service center as they are telling that PCB parts is not available .

The Chrompton celing Fan was purchased on July 01 2023. After the installation a few weeks ago there is a noise came from the fan . The complaint got registered in Chrompton. The sales man came for the visit . He tried to identify the problem. But he is not able to resolve the issue immediately. So he told he need to take the fan to his store to check the issue. Have requested him either a spare or replacement. As I have two kids without fan it's not easy in Chennai. But he told there is no option. It so pathetic about the Chrompton customer service.

But to my knowledge we don't purchased any other brand. Always we prefer Chrompton due to the quality.

Tried to register the complaint in Chrompton but the toll free number is too busy. Tried around 20 times even not able to reach them . So addressing the concern here .

On 15/06/2023, I have booked a service request as geyser heating is not proper and very little water is coming. Service No [protected]/01. Without attending the complain the service request was closed on 30/06/2023 ( night) after a call that next week technician will visit.
After waiting for 10 days, I have booked another complain with service No [protected]/01 on 10/07/2023.

We buy a water motor from your company and after some days the motor becomes damaged due to some problem
