I purchased the above mentioned pump on 31/08/2022 from Garg India corporation sector 22 Chandigarh, but to my dismay the pump is not working properly since it's installation .on its very first run, it got stopped of its own after 5 minutes. This is the 4th time, i am raising a complaint against water heater. I bought this water heater in 2015 and every year inner water tank leakage issue is arising.

In 2016, due to water tank leakage, you replaced a new water heater.

In 2017, again water leakage problem. And a new unit was replaced.

I have 2 cg instant water heaters (3lts) in my home and both were not working for the past 2 weeks. So i booked a complaint and they told that service person will come from sri unnamalai agencies, kanchipuram. A person came on last saturday 24.06.'17 from that agency....

I had purchased 3 Crompton High Speed Ceiling fans. Out of 3 one is running very slow. So I have decided to replace the capacitor. But suitable 2.25uF capacitor crompton make is not available. We bought the Aura series of ceiling fans made by Crompton Greaves for our new house 5 years ago. Several neighbours in our colony did the same. I have purchased one “CG make” Jet water pump (1 HP), Model: JTM1, Sr. No.HABJ-51679 from M/s Eastern Hardware, 28/B, R.P. Road, Ganeshguri, Guwahati-781006 on 27th March’2008. As per “Guarantee of Satisfaction” certificate, this pump set is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.

When (On 30st Jan’09) I am not getting water then I called the plumber....

I bought a geyser from crompton. I was to get it installed the next day. The technician visited my doorstep. But as it was morning time the washroom was engaged. As it is a household. People can't expect to available all the time. I asked him to wait for some time after that he vanished. I called the person he told me he would come that day in evening. I waited for the entire day. He didn't come. I stopped recieving my call. After that i was give a contact number through which i would be recieving assistance if any issues faced. Yet no response from the concerned person. I got a call the next day regarding installation . But even that guy didn't come up. This is so frustrating. During winters, we've been suffering even after purchasing tge product cuz of it's service. The service is pathetic. It causes mental exhaustion, kills our crucial time, leaves us unattended. This is realy frustrating.
I won't the relief now. So i would request my issue to be resolved. Hence, im takimg the help of this platform.
