Hi,
I bought a new geyser some 3 weeks back and its not working from the day i bought it. Conatcted the dealer but even he is not giving a positive response and suggested to contact the service center. After frequent requests to the service center on complain no. [protected], finally an execuive visited my site and said that thermostat is not working and needs to be changed.
He had given us a complaint receipt and said it will be chnaged in next 2 to 3 days but till now had no response from their side. Request you to look into this. Thanks. Was this information helpful? |
