Today I had a “VERY BAD” experience with Crystal Honda service center. We had called on 5th of October to book an appointment for the 17th of October for the car's 1st servicing. On 16th, when we called to check at what time the driver would come to pick the car, they informed us that there is some fault and the booking has not been done, and also said that now 17th is not possible. We agreed to 23th of October after talking to the manager. We had also mentioned them that very day that we need the car back the same day by 8:00PM as we have night shift. They assured us it's not a problem. Today no one called to inform when the driver would be coming and when we called at 11:00 AM they said drivers are not available right now but will arrange one within half an hour. No one bothered to inform us about the status for hours and finally a driver came at 2:00 PM.
The worst happened at the time of delivery. We called them at around 6:00 PM to remind them the 3rd time that we need the car back by 8:00 PM. They said it “WILL” be there. At 7:30 PM we called again to check if the car has been sent or not that is when they informed that there is currently no driver available but the driver should be there in some time. They didn't even bother to inform us that the car will be a bit late. At 8:00 again we called, the driver was still not there. We even spoke to the manager there but nothing helped. There were just calls happening with no result. Also the executive there started blaming us saying the car came in late. Finally at 10:00 we spoke to the general manager and we received our car at 11:00 PM.
