Today I had a “VERY BAD” experience with Crystal Honda service center. We had called on 5th of October to book an appointment for the 17th of October for the car's 1st servicing. On 16th, when we called to check at what time the driver would come to pick the car, they informed us that there is some fault and the booking has not been done, and also said that now 17th is not possible. I have purchased new Honda Jazz from Crystal Honda on 22nd June 2010 ( Address: Kothari Autolink pvt ltd. S. Number 268, Mantri Alpine,Katraj Dehu Road Bypass, Near Chandni Chowk, Bavdhan, Pune 21).
