My HR head requested to transfer the PF account UP11695/2248 (Saqib Hasan ) to Dehradune PF office on 9th September 2009. Unfortunately my PF amount still not transferred . Detail of the necessary formalities are attached for your reference . Please take the necessary action for resolving the issue .
