I am consignee with blue dart docoket no [protected] from chennai to Noida By air courier.
This raw material is required very urgently for our company to make dispath the finsihed good only in this financial year so that we can avoid a huge panality through our customer

The material was picked up by Blue Dart on 25th march 2010, and i was promised a delivery date of 26th March 2010. As it was lift through air courier than there will no proble to delliver the material next day.
But till today I am not getting any status of my material even after talk to customer care.
Customer care is also blank, than who is there who can provide the status of my material.
We have lift the air coureir and so that we can get the material faster,

This is extreme worst service.
