[Resolved]  Csdl — KYC Compliance verification

I have submitted documents for KYC compliance through ICICI Prudential on 26 Mar 11.PAN:ASLPK-5652P.The status is still showing-Front office verification done,but does not show as "verified".Unless the status shows as "verified",I can not do dematerialisation of my MFs.On enquiring about the delay,I get a rediculous reply saying-technical reasons.What can I do to hasten up the process.Can anybody be accountable and responsible for such delays?Why have any rules and regulations,when the infrastructure cannot support them?...JPK.
