Dear Sir,
I was sold following two policies by ICICI Prulife sales team purportedly by cheating:-
- Policy No. 24500414
- Policy No. 23698887
They kept on engaging me during the 15 days free look period and stopped any interaction whatsoever thereafter. Since then feeling cheated, after having paid the initial subscription for policy purchase I stopped paying any further amount.

I have a policy with icici prudential since last seven years. The company or the policy works totally fine. But in the last six months, i have been getting continuous calls and mails from an individual named dutta jadhav to meet, call or discuss about my policy and some changes in the same.
It has been so many times that i have told him that i cannot attend every single call or mail as i am in the profession of indian armed forces...

I was sent a message to pay my premium in advance and get advantage. Hence I paid my premium due in Dec in advance in Oct. It is still not added to my Fund value and the call centre said two weeks back that it would be added to my fund value in 2 days. But when asked today, 26th Oct, they say that it will be added only on the premium due date. Why was I sent a message asking me to pay in advance and get advantage? Is this not cheating?...

I Rishi Koiral from bengal bought ICICI Pru Life in 2019 for 1 CR life cover in 5 years payment terms, in the begining company didnt ask for medical and after paying 90% payment, they will find reason to decline policy, I dont know how but my autopayment of monthly premium of lst 4.5 years which worked without any problem, they disable and automaticaly lapse the policy and didnt allow to pay and clear premium with fine or to clear all balance...

I am being dodging from one employee to another but nobody is assisting with proper response and respectfully. All of the employees got no manners how to respond customers. When i am mentioning from front that i am in cst time zone give me time accordingly this "Simran Arora" messaged me with 1 to 5 PM, which is night at our side. This is how you deal with NRI clients???

Here i am approaching consumer forum but i might have to file police complaint in India as we have invested alot of money which are in loss due to no assistance since 2 yrs. Attaching below the communication screenshots with Himanshu Jha and Simran Arora
