My ICICI PRU Suraksha Policy No. 18744302 has been matured on 15th July 2026, but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AMOUNT OF MATURITY till now. When I enquired Mr. Vignesh Puranik (Phone: [protected]), Branch Executive in Kalaburagi Branch, he straghtly replied me to approach Consumer Court.

Have been holding the ICICI Pru iProtect Smart life insurance policy for the last five years. The policy was running continuously and in good standing. Unfortunately, due to one missed premium payment, the policy lapsed. Immediately thereafter, I paid the due premium and applied for revival as per the policy terms.
As part of the revival process, the insurance company required medical tests through its own empanelled diagnostic centre....

Dear Sir,
I was sold following two policies by ICICI Prulife sales team purportedly by cheating:-
- Policy No. 24500414
- Policy No. 23698887
They kept on engaging me during the 15 days free look period and stopped any interaction whatsoever thereafter. Since then feeling cheated, after having paid the initial subscription for policy purchase I stopped paying any further amount.

Subject policy was surrendered and completed the lock in period of 5 Years on 24-Dec-23. Since then, I am regular contact with Back office and Customer care for repayment on my NRE Saving account. Today is 10-Jan-2024 and I have following experiences to highlight:
1 Back office and Customer care are not aligned
2 they claim that repayment was made on 26th but account was frozen.

Dear Team,

I (Atul Salvi) received a call today 28th Sep 2023 around 12:45 PM. They told me that I have removed on ICICI life insurance policy on 31st March 2014 which was about to matured on 31st March 2024. However, this policy is cancelled as only one premium of 50000 was paid by me where I was about to pay total 5 premium.

They asked me reason as why I have not paid the remaining premium amount was there...
