With reference to above mentioned account, I wanted to register my request for temporary disconnection for my absence from Mumbai. In this regard I have been calling your Helpline numbers[protected], 67134600, 42387100,[protected] and other numbers) since last seven days, without getting access to your office executive. After every call your recorded message says that all the executives are busy with other customers & my line goes to standby mode with some irritating music, which doesn’t seems to end even I hold the line for more than 15 minutes. I even called (three times) your representative Mr. Ganesh ([protected]) who promised to return back my call and I am still waiting for his call since last three days.
I can only suggest you to find some solution & implement improvement elements to your existing system or you might lose some customers.

I want you to register my request - - To suspend my Broadband service from 14.11.2011 to 14.01.2012 during my leave holidays & forward adjusted account statement by Mail or by Email to my mailing address registered in your record.
