No proper appraoch road, many private owners claiming the road. lot of legal issues. Do not buy

DABC Chennai, De-Luxe Aparments & Buildings Co, These guys are fraud especially the guy called MNR. He acts like he is helping you in the final settlement but HE IS THE CULTPRIT. They make you ending up paying atleast 50k to 100k at the time of handover. You have to be very very careful on your payments. They record every notice that they sent to your mail box and they target for interest payments. I think they have a dedicated team to calculate the interest payments. They find each possible points and prepare interest amount. Please be careful and document everything before your final payment. Be careful with this cheater MNR
