Dalda — Oil got freezed

Hi Colleague,

I bought Dalda Oil from one of the nearby retail stores. I purchased 4 packets of Dalda Oil of 1 litre each. However, when I opened one of packets, I found Oil was very thick and it was freezed.

I complaint the same to our retailer and he told us that it is in fine condition as temperature is low now a days. BUT I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW ALL OTHER PACKETS ARE IN LIQUID STATE AND DIFFERENT IN COLOUR. THIS HAS HAPPENED FOR THE FIRST TIME. I NEVER GOT OIL IN SOLID STATE EVER BEFORE. RETAILER IS REFUSING TO TAKE BACK THE PRODUCT AND MAKING FOOL O[censored]S. GHEE COMES IN SOLID STATE THAT TOO WHEN TEMPERATURE IS LOW, BUT NOT OIL.

I have tried dialling this number[protected], but I am unable to get you.

I believe INTAKE of such oil can be harmful to our family.
