[Resolved]  Deals And You — Fake product delivered

Dear Concern,

This is to bring to your notice that I have placed an order for HP Veer Mobile from Deals and you on 06/07/2012 Vide Order No - 718969.

I was very glad by seeing that the order reached me on 13/07/2012. And made the payment of Rs 7049/- to the courier Person.

It was really shocking when I opened the box for mobile. The packing inside was very poor. you have couriered me the mobile with out original box packing and not even wrapped the mobile. After few seconds i switched on the mobile and came to know that it is a defective handset and the display is not working.

Very soon I have called the Infinity customer care number and intimated the same to them . But in vain they didn't give me proper response. Then i called to the deals & you customer care and collected the info for the replacement of handset.

( NOTE : I should thank to the person who selected those customer care peoples for infinity Globle Inc , because they dont know how to greet a customer and dnt even know how to respond when you kept somebody on hold. Also to tell you while keeping me on hold these peoples are deciding when to go for movie , party etc etc.. instead of giving me quick solution. )

How ever this is not my actual concern. My concern is when i have returned back the handset on 15th July to Infinity after that they have played with me from all the angle. They didnt even answered my call. If i will try from new no then only they will answer. Situation came to that extend. After few days when i asked them last time about my mobile , one customer care person told me that "SIR BE RELAX ... iTS ONLY A HANDSET WHY YOU ARE CALLING US SO MANY TIMES AND DISTURBING US .. and also quoted ME THAT WE WILL NOT SEND YOU THE HANDSET DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO . " So tell me is this the way to respond to a customer ??? Finally after 17 days of struggle i have received a replacement for my handset on 2nd but saw that the handset is a used piece and the panel is broken. also surprised to see that somebody's phone no and personal photos ABOUT 230 PIC already stored in the phone.


I would like to thank Deals & you as well as Infinity Globle INC for selling me the handset and also for all the troubled happened to me in the last 1 month.


Please advise next !!!!!!
