i have received laptop(lenovo g570) in 23 Dec 2011 from dealandyou my order no.is 326825 when i received that i saw quality and configuration of same is very low. so i want to upgrade the same for which the original receipt is necessary from vendor which is not sent to me with this order so i request Dealsandyou to eithe issue duplicate receipt.or get back laptop and refund my money. with continuous calling back to deals and you and by mailing my complaint, deals and you arrange my reverse pickup on 17 aug 2012. On Sept3 deals and you mail me that (Dear Customer, Greetings from DealsandYou.com. We have received your product. We may not be able to process refund against this order, your product has already been sent for vendor for replacement.You will get your replacement within next 20 days time.Hence we are consdeirning complaint raised by you has been addressed. Thanks for shopping with DealsandYou.com and we hope to see you again soon. Regards, Team DealsandYou) i have received the same laptop on 28 Sept which is sent by me to deals and you. ( after 25 days) with some damaged condition. deals and you neither issue original receipt nor replace the same. company only gives me dates i have this issue since last 10 month what should i do now.plz help Was this information helpful? | |||

Deals and You — Broken product shipped after waiting for 20 days
Deals And You is a fraudulent online shopping site. I bought a RKM branded Spin Mop from them. Though they claim that they provide the cheapest deals, the same RKM product was available at http://www.letsbuy.com/ and http://www.futurebazaar.com for Rs. 200 less than that of Deals And You.I received the product yesterday. But the pack had several holes. I believe the box was stabbed by a sharp pipe. :-(
