Deccan — Deccan and its sloppy customer service
I had to cancel a flight b/w Chennai and Bangalore as the flight was delayed by more than 3 hrs. Deccan policy allowed full refund of the air fare within 14 days.1. their CS reps are hardly trained
2. the wait time is aweful and it most instances, no one answers
3. the reps put you on hold till you lose patience and hang up (propably, its a practice they follow purposely)
Despite all the above odds, I had called customer service more than 5 times and they have exactly the same answer 'it will be processed in 7 days'. Deccan is really cheap, certainly in their customer service (not sure what they refer to for 'service').
