We had booked a cab by the company called Delhi cabs. The journey was from South Extension to Noida. The cab promptly came on time but to the wrong address. But this is was forgiving but what happened after that wasnt.
My wife was traveling alone for a meeting and these are the problems we faced:
1.The driver did not know directions. Twice he went in the opposite direction and if my wife hadnt called me, I wouldn't have known. After that I called him back to our house.
2.When he came he had another man sitting in the front seat, who was a 'friend'. I ordered the man to get out of the car.
3.The AC wasnt working and neither was the meter.
4.There was no ientification on the vehicle that it was from Delhi cab. Only after looking around, I found the sticker.
5.The customer care wasnt apologetic after hearing my complain. They called the driver instead and at no point said Sorry to us. He also refused to give me the corporate addredd of the company so that I could file a complain.
6.There is no safety if such can operators are allowed on our roads. They should be shut down.
7.The paperwork was incomplete in the car and the driver admitted to having a fake license. Was this information helpful? | 
One day before when I have booked delhi cab a customer care executive told me that charges per Km is 15 Rs. When I have board the cab then I found that they are charging 20 Rs/Km which is completely unethical.
When I have tried to call at customer care and asking for explanation about the same they have talked very rudely and just told me that there is nothing wrong from their side and I need to pay 20 Rs/Km.
I found this is completely wrong and bad behavior of Delhi Cabs towards their customers.
