if tapi dps is right to 4 saal tak sleep the kya ? tapi ki fees avg 1.25lk hain to ye mehga ya surat main sub se kum main quality education de ve achha ? sirf khood ka bada school hain to dus re chote chote school ko fake bolne se vo fake nai ho jayga . dps pvt ltd surat gove affiliated school hain to fake kehne ka koi right hi nahi hain.


agar dps tapi akela sahi hain to rakhe press meet or kahe ye school gove recognized nai hain.


koi rights nai ye khood chor or baki ko galat ka he . vah bhai .

Kindly first know the authenticity of the running DPS. I Agree that DPS PVT LTD has used the brand name but has complied with all rules all laws. Neither ROC not CG is wrong on there part because DPS PVT LTD has registered as its a Trade Mark, Patent and all laws. No existing DPS it a co.operative socity and noe this socity has to pay Royalty to DPS PVT LTD. In no case DPS PVT LTD IS A FRAUD.

Can anybody post some more about DPS PVT LTD because I am looking for a CBSE school in Hyderabad (Attapur) suddenly I found one DPS PVT LTD. After had a good discussion with school people they accept that it is not a part of DPS New Delhi, it is part of DPS Pvt Ltd Calcutta. Please post me if you have any more details for this school.

yes their was one news in news paper for the franchise distribution of DPS we have taken interest and after telephonic discussion we have deposited some huge amount for inspection process through rtgs in bihar darbhanga . then no body turn up and they are fooling us his name is Mr --a-i if any body is there with similar incidence pls response

i also wanted to open dps franchise. got in touch with ppl came to know tht they had registered the dps pvt ltd frm bihar. the main franchise person is in bulandsher (up).
as dps society had not taken copyright on its brand name thts y some ppl taking advantage of it.
as per mine knowledge copyright nd patent are taken on original piece of work not duplicate one. so to say tht on taking copyright nd patent frm bihar dps pvt ltd won is wrong. as whenever this is challenged
they will go jail.

Why dps society chairman and other active members of the society do not interact with the teachers when they visit the dps schools all over india?They see only those pictures which is projected to them falsely by the dictator principals and ignorant local board members.Many dps school principals instigate group ism, favoritism, country cousin fellow feeling, keeping spies after every staff members of the school, taking whimsical decisions, not farsighted, egoist, keeping his opinions final, not listening to anyone, not trusting anyone, listening only to his / her favorite group.Dps society active members should look into all these malpractices by the principals and local management body.

No sai ramji dps pvt ltd is not fraud because i have seen the franchisee and their registration of the logo so we can not said it is fraud

Can any one said that if delhi public school pvt. Ltd is not the part of delhi public school then how they are using the same logo in their website..I am really confused that delhi public school (Which is under dps socity) and delhi public school pvt ltd has any connection or not...???

It is genuine in there documents and no fraud.Only see the quality of education whether it will be society run school or pvt ltd run school .

plz suggest what do i do, i joined dps pvt ltd. as franchise, still is on process. now i get news its froud not dps society. so should i ask for refund money (consumer firm). or be continue .with this? .

delhi public school pvt ltd, its not a part of SOCIETY, SOCIETY never open their Franchisee...my school in pinjore- panchkula and delhi public school pvt ltd ne notice dekar isko band kara diya, society vaale saale tab kahan mar gaye the...ab dps play kisi aur ne khola hai, society ke chakkar main main to phas gaya dosto...now i m empty hand.

DPS Pvt ltd is very much legal company.I took admission for my daughter at a recently inaugurated school at KOMPALLY hyderabad.It is coming up with all the facilities needed for a child. Yes the fee structure is on the higher side but the quality promised in there suffices the same.I have seen all the fight in news papers by the rival DPS society schools in hyderabad. But the Pvt Ltd has all the documents to prove them wrong. The quality of teachers is too good to ignore. There are many more schools coming up in Upcountry too. I have checked with the nearby DPS society school at Bowenpally hyderabad, and its all cramped up with no space and i heard that they are also nearing the expiry of lease agreement on the premises and its already having issues with the same.As a parent i am satisfied, and if you ask me about the legality, they are 100% legal on all grounds. Now-a -days quality counts and the results matter.I don't think the company is cheating anyone
