I HAVE 2 SET UP BOX IN MY HOUSE, SINCE LAST 18 MONTHS, GETTING POOR QUALITY OF SIGNAL AND POOR CONNECTIVITY, SENT NUMBER OF MAILS / AND TELEPHONE CALLS TO CUSTOMER CARE OF DEN DIGITAL, BUT NO SERIOUS STEPS TAKEN, LOCAL AGENT OF THE COMPANY THREATS TO DISCONNECT THE CONNECTION AS PER THE ADVISE OF COMPANY. LOCAL AGENT OF THE COMPANY DOES NOT ATTEND COMPLAINTS, NO PAYMENT RECEIPTS GIVEN ANY MONTH, LOCAL AGENT TAKE SIGNATURE OF CARD, DO NOT ALLOW TO KEEP PHOTOCOPY WITH US, CHANGE NEWS / ENTERTAINMENT /MOVIE CHANEL WITHOUT INFORMING, LOCAL AGENT DOES NOT HAVE DIPLOMA HOLDER EMPLOYEE IN THIS LINE WHICH CAUSE NOT SATISFACTORY JOB AND DUE TO THIS ALWAYS INSIST TO PAY COST FOR CHANGE OF SET UP BOX AND DEN DIGITAL NEVER TAKE ACTION ON THIS. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF DEN DIGITAL VISIT TO LISTEN AND TO SOLVE OR ATTEND THE COMPLAINT
