However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I had a very poor reception in my area University road meerut. So as suggested by cable operator i purchased DEN Digital box @ 1200/- approx
However after install it worked for a month only as now it always shows error message like transmission error which is due to poor network.
when i file a complaint with den they said to contact cable operator to enhance cable line however the cable operator have no fix for it . as a result...
