I want to inform you that always my salary deposited in bank on date 10 or 12 every month but ECS date of my personal loan is 5 date of every month.Although during approval of loan, I had seriously requested him for ECS date 15 every month but still they deicded date 5th for ECS. i requested deutsche bank and ask for request number but they did not give me request number and told me that Deutsche bank is not for public dealing. I want to tell you that due to unsufficient fund on date 5th every month concerned bank take charges for ECS bounce which always deducted form my account. I have paid eight instalment but I am facing problem in payment of instalment on date 5 every month. I seriously request you to please change the ECS date from 5 to date 15 every month to easily payment of instalment timely. I have attached te scanned copy of my bank statement . although I have requested Deutsche bank branch delhi many times but they always ignored the request. So please take the necessary action immediately otherwise I will not be able to pay the next instalments timely. I visited the Deustche bank, Canaut place, New Delhi but they did not reply me positively and misbehaved with me. More than twenty times I have requested with Deepak and Harpreet at delhi branch but they ignored me. Now your employees Sachin (Delhi Branch) misbehaving me on telephonic talk . Please take it serious to solve the problem otherwise I will go for OMBUDSMAN . Also I want request number immediately. I shall wait for your positive reply.
