Would like to raise an issue about the harassment i have faced by owing an account with DB Bank. My Account is frozen because of KYC. I have submitted my documents in Jul 2023. Post which suddenly in the month of Dec 2023 my Account was frozen and the reason mentioned was KYC.
I am in need to money personal Emergency . Even after resubmitting the documents and getting the acknowledgment for the same saying that the same will be attended to on high priority, still, my account is frozen.

This is a mental torture or I can say harassment I am going through now. If this continues, will further have to escalate to Banking Ombudsman or Consumer court.

    I order shoes from Mizuno-india neither I get my shoes nor I get my refund and the company don't even have customer care support please help me I buy 2 pair of shoes and cost I paid is 8250

      Hi,
      I bought a faber dishwasher last year, not completed one year. The waste water out pipe got damaged while shifting the house. I complained it for service. Since one week i am following them for service. They are on a stand that they dont have the pipe to change and ordered for it will take a week to reach. Today one week got over and still they dont have any answer. They are least bothered about the service a customer in need. They just need a sale and after sale its our need. So i request all not to buy faber products and go for brands like lg, ifb, whirlpool, haier etc. May be a slight change of money occur while purchase but do note that it worth. Because these are brands and they value service for their future existence and survival. Make all local companies out market so that cheaters will be less in number in the market. It can be done only by us. Locals are locals only, please keep this in mind in order to avoid to get cheated by local companies.

        I had approached Deutsche Bank to repay my loan after getting job. Mr. Dhaneshwar Koganur Manager Debt Management Department (mobile: [protected] email : dhaneshwar.[protected]@db.com) gave me the details and I paid the money in installment starting from 30th March 2015 to 10th May 2016) . After receiving the agreed amount bank did not updated my CIBIL status and and Mr Koganur had stopped picking my calls. After one year he asked me to deposit 27 thousand more which I did on 1st May 2017. Even after that my CIBIL status was nit updated and Mr Dhaneshwar Koganur had stopped all the correspondence. After writing several emails I got the confirmation from head services Deutsche Bank that my CIBIL has been updated. Now when I tried to apply the car loan in January 2023, my loan was rejected due to WRITTEN OFF status. Since then I have been trying to contact Deutsche Bank customer care and Mr Dhaneshwar Koganur to update my CIBIL Status but no one is helping me. I have made several phone calls and written several emails, but all in vain. I have got my bank statements reflecting all the payments made to Deutsche bank.

                This is with regards to the harassment faced by a Customer.

                Would like to raise an issue about the harassment i have faced by owing an account with DB Bank. My Account is frozen because of KYC. I have submitted my documents which I have mailed as proof. Post which suddenly in the month of February 2023 my Account was frozen and the reason mentioned was KYC.
                At that time i was in need of money due to a personal Emergency (hospitalization). Even after resubmitting the documents and getting the acknowledgment for the same saying that the same will be attended to on high priority, still, my account is frozen.

                This is a mental torture or I can say harassment I am going through now. If this continues, will further have to escalate to Banking Ombudsman or Consumer court.

                        Hi this Manohar

                        I had visited to MG Road branch on 1st Dec 2022, and submitted all Kyc documents, but still not updated, as per bank Executive informed me it will take to 10 working days to complete the process.

                        Today I received email it will take another 15days to complete the KYC process, is it correct actually need 30 working days to complete the KYC process.

                        It's very horrible process like this account still in frozen.

                            I have never come across such an ill mannered Relationship manager like Ayaz ahmed who handles MG Road Branch, Bangalore. I had asked him few queries for Director addiction/deletion and his response goes like this” You are not the only customer, I need to deal with 100 customers like you….I cannot repeat my response more than once… “. He was shouting and dictating as if we are at his mercy.

                            I tried complaining previously but no one helped and that gives this staff a reason to take customers for granted. Very rude and unprofessional. I am planning to switch my account very soon. Shameless staff

                                I am a privilege member at Deutsche Bank and supposed to get fast service.
                                But my customer service Manager does not call me and does not try to get involved in my case.

                                I wanted to change my mailing address but they were asking me a lot of questions and documents. I wanted to know why ?, since its only mailing address and not permanent address. The relationship manger should have taken this up or called me to explain. Its been 3 weeks no answer from them. Dint expect such bad service from Deutsche Bank.

                                  Credit of funds

                                  For my emi payment which is due on 5th of every month, I did a transfer for 15k through phone pe on 31st March, my icici bank got debited immediately but no credit seen on my Deutsche Bank account, it's already 4th end of day and my emi is due tomorrow -5th April, and still phone pe shows payment will get credited within 48 hours . I want to know why Deutsche is holding the payment? Why has it not been credited since last 4 days? Who will...

                                  I am holder of NRE account in the DB bank I have been receiving Email From the DB bank to update the KYC from the last two years .I did sent the the documents and also completed the video KYC but the KYC not updated .I called Relationship manager in response to that she said me to send the document again. after sending the document she is asking me to send Indian driver License and voter ID .I want to inform them I dont drive the vehicle...
