I got and LG Microwave with Least Known Devi International showroom recently.First of all i never visit or purchase anything with these kind of small vendors but since my company(unluckily) handed over the Gift voucher of the great Devi International i was forced to buy from them.First of all i found them to be the laziest people i ever met.Even though the model i wanted to purchase was available with them in their own basement ground but shamelessly they kept on saying "Sir the product is in background but its not available for display, if you are sure you will buy we will get that for you from basement", anyhow i managed to get it from them but the product was useless as its main component "Magnatron" which generates the Micro Waves was defective as told to me by LG Authorized Installation guy.The pesron suggested me to get i exchanged frm the dealer since it was a fresh purchase.Since then i am requesting the Devi International people and everytime they come up with new excuse.Sometimes"Sir no LG stock available, we will call you back once we get the stock, sometimes sir the model you chose is currently out of production( of them)" now finally i have decided to move to consumer court and teach them a nice lesson hopefully. I request all people purchasing any sort of electronics appliance to purchase either via company owned showroom or Reputed private dealers like Pie International, Adishwars, Girias or E Zone or you will be fed up like me with frauds like devi International. Prbly people in B'lore are more concerned about the product they get for less money than the actual service. Devi is really sick in service(if you guys actually know what service is).I dont like to use any harsh words on them coz they are like that and the people support them are equally same, money masks the bad service.If you ask my experience, where in this world you will be made to wait for 3 weeks for a washing maching and at the end I had to cancel the order. Cancelling the order is another big procedure prbly the work in any govt office is much simpler. I got the machine from another dealer on the same day of the order(prbly this is called service).Anyhow guys if any one is happy with Devi's serivce then be ready to expect the unexpected.

Please don’t talk about DEVI INTERNATIONAL…….its well settled company also they having good service. DO u believe or not all my family and relatives are bought the thing at Devi. I never faced any problem with them.

I want to ask u one Question where u find the (this is u are wrote Sir the product is in background but its not available for display, if you are sure you will buy we will get that for you from basement)

Where is basement in DEVI…………pls reply for, , , , I will help u for ur issue.

I totally disagree with Mr. Mathur.
I have just purchased an Onida led TV and an LG washing machine in Devi after a lot of research i did around Bangalore. Devi provides u with the best discount... their service is good... In fact... my TV was delivered at 10 pm. The tv had an MRP of 35k and they sold it to me at 30k... not even GIRIAS or Pie International gives so much discount...
and an additional note to Mr. Mathur
Devi International is not 'Least known' or a 'Small Vendor'. This we can say just by looking at the no. of costumers entering the shop even if they do not advertise by any means.

Devi is the best shop in the Bangalore.

1. I visited Reliance Digital at Gopalan Signature Mall for LG washing machine for which they were quoting 57K when I told them that Girias is quoting 53K the reaction of salesman was "sir there is a difference in Girias, Devi international" Now without even referring for Devi, he mentioned it. WHY?

2. Next I visited Pai, next to Pheonix mall and the salesman clearly told me that even he buys things from Devi !!!

Conclusion: How can Devi be such least known shop. And yeah one more thing in my home I am using TV, Refrigerator, Washing machine ALL purchased from DEVI INTERNATIONAL.

I really miss Devi international in Whitefield area!!!

I have very good experience with Devi Intl. since 20 years. According to my survey, they are the most competitive sellers than any one in and around Bangalore. Since 20 years we are very much comfortable with them with respect to sales, service, and price. Before buying any product I just check with others for price. But Devi Intl. prices are faaaaaaaaaaar away from others.

I have recently purchased a TV 32 inches from Devi Enterprises, Jayanagar, just 3 to 4 days back. But till now no one has come from the company to fix the LED TV. I have been calling the representative with whom we interacted, but he keeps telling today tomorrow. I don't know whether I should wait for them or get it fixed from local shop.
I never had this experience earlier. Why they will forget the customer once the deal is closed.

I have had a good experience with Devi International and most of the electronic goods of not only my house but my parents too have been bought from there. So far so good. Every rule has an exception hence, in those 2 cases it might have been like that but generally Devi International is the destination for electronic household products. I vouch for it.

I booked and paid full amount for Panasonic micro oven, on 30 June. They told that I'll be getting after 2 day as home delivery. Still haven't received till now after 1 week. Called devi landline number no one picked call and call to concerd person will took Details of me. Still don't receive at home. If I don't receive good response from them when I visit there I'll have to book to consumer forum for the first time on them.
