[Resolved]  Dhruvdesh Honda — Untruthful promise

I have been Serving my Honda Aviator in Dhruvdesh Honda Service Station at Mathikere, Bangalore.

Their Service is dis-hones. I wasn't been happy of their service right from the first one. I left my scooter for 4th free service at 2pm, they asked me to pick it up at 6 pm. When I go there to collect it I was surprised that my scooter has not gone in at all for servicing, when I questioned than they took in, changed oil in my presence, wiped the body and kept scooter ready to go with the invoice of Rs.199. I complained about bad fuel efficiency, starting problem in the morning. They forgot to put the screw back twice when they opend to fix something. They simply say that they have worked on the problem, but they lied.

The girl who wrote initial report, she experienced that brake light is not working, it wasn't fixed when they claimed it was ready to go. I called on the Service Engineer, he took it in and got the light changed with my presence. Where is the honesty in service? Does they give anything free? On what moral they are charging customers with this kind of service?

When I rode home Aviator from their store at Mekhri Circle, my scooter sounded like battery scooter with nice fuel efficiency, unfortunately it wasn't the same after the first free service. My point is that they take vehicle for service when they know that they can't handle this business volume. They are pounded with so many two wheelers every day for servicing so they don't have to care for providing quality service.

I don't think they mean anything of their motivational hoardings on walls. I think they are simply there to show Honda India how hard they are working to please customers.

Please you all think before taking your scooters to this kind of service stations.

I gave my honda shine bilke for service in mathikere and when i gave the bike stool(the support where we keep ur foot) was fine and when they returned me i saw the stool was shaking and wen i asked them they said it was the same when i gave the bike, could not agrue more with them.

Due to stool shaking i could not apply brake or gear properly, finally i gave them and told to change the parts, they bought up so many things like there is scratch in front we need to replace, the side light is hanging i[censored] apply gum again it will start coming out and said he will replace the complete set etc...

I said i will claim insurance, and gave my bike on 14 - Mar- 2011, they said it will be done in three days.When i called 16th they said the insurance has not approved it yet, then again i called 17th they say Sir the engine case is also cut, we need to replace that so again we are waiting for insurance approval, if they go like this for each part approval you can never expect your vehicle, when you call and talk to that guy he replys angrily that we have 100 vehicles to do insurance claims and all , i told thats the problem of your poor management and now 19- Mar-2011 still i have not recieved my vechicle...

Never go to Mathikere service station, better try with mekri circle or other...
I agree with this they are only after money simple collect all the vehicles that come for service and keep on saying serveral parts to be changed which are even good. I am very unhappy about their service every time i leave it for service i spend close to Rs.2000.00 or sometimes even more. but i continue with teh same problem again. so what they are doing is simple wash the vehicle and give it back to us so in place of Rs.40/- for washing they take Rs.2000/-. Dont know whom to trust.
Even this is the same case at the service center opposite to Manyatha Embassy. Whatever complaint we'll be having those wont be covered under warranty. I was complaining about by Unicorn's Gear shifting problems right from my first service on jun 11th till it is not been sorted out fully.
I totally agree with this, I had given my Dio for servicing to Dhruvdesh Honda opposite to Manyata Tech park. Initially they said for general service they would charge 900 rupees, as the bike just required the general service. But by 5 in the evening as it was time to collect my bike, I get a call from the service centre guys. They said that there are many issues in the bike the engine oil box has to be changed and there are some more parts to be replaced the total cost will come to 12000 rupess(not kidding). They screwed my bike royally the engine oil which never leaked in past 9 years started leaking. I had to take my bike finally to Haiku Honda to fix the issue which I should have done earlier... Moral of the story never ever take your bike to Dhruvdesh Honda - Hebbal opposite to Manyate tech park... it sucks...
I have given my Vehicle at Mathikere Honda service centre, with Insurance claim on 2nd Feb with all necessary documents handed over to the concerned receipting person and i was told that Insurance Surveyer will inspect the vehilce on Monday 04th Feb and i would get estimation.

Till today as i write (5 Days) vehicle has not been inspected nor have i got confirmation on when people will do their basic job, personally suggest not to visit this service centre - staff is direction less and no focus on customer!!
I given my dio for 2nd free service in r.t.nagar new service center I experienced very warst behavior. Nobody responses properly.
