[Resolved]  Diplomatic courier service united kingdom — consignment delivery fraud

One of my face book friend from uk send a parcel to me and waiting for arrival to my country.
i juat want to know and confirm whether this diplomatic courier services provide this kind services or not.

for me it looks like a cheating or maybe fraud.
i really need your confirmation and investigate it as soon as possible to safe many things and i again appreciate it n thank you.

This person face book name Mark Williams have send friend request on facebook and after some days he was telling me that i will send you gifts with money inside the package, after two days he told me that your package has arrived at Papua New Guinea, so they asked me to pay k1030 to receive gift from my house, without knowing that this was a very big scam, so i paid the money and after paying they told me they will scan the package after scanning the package they told me that you have foren currency inside the package so I will pay another k2500 to get my package and they will deliver it to me, after all the package was not delivered to me. Please don't accept friend requests from people who you don't know them.
I really need help from anyone reading this message.

One of my USA friend sended me the courier ...but after ariving at Indira Gandhi international airport, they said that..sended didnot paid the clearance fee...so he said to pay 20, 000, i paid this fee...
After this, they said that..dollars has been scanned in ur luggage...so u have to pay 36000 for the anti money laundey certificate...and he asked to pay delivery charges 8500
What is this...these all are cheating ...
I did not received the luggage till now...
Even he was not responding...plz try to do something...
