My Problem is I have dish tv two connection. First is main connection (VC No.01500503975 ) and second is multi connection (VC No.01505399932). your service is very poor for billing & programme. i want to surrender second multi connection (VC No.01505399932) with immediate effect and refund money adjusted to my main connection (VC No.01500503975 ) with immediate effect.
Above mention matter i have 30 times to call your customer care call center no. 18601803474 ( 9 Nov, 2008 to till time ) and i have 7 times to mail your mail address but no response to our phone call either they are not lifting or or getting engaged we are helpless and unable to contact dish tv pl guide..

Dish Tv/ — repeat of same channel

kindly solve my problem regarding the repeation of same channels since installation on dated 19/06/08

ns — neo channels on dishtv

I am Dish Tv user and my name is Amit Patel. I want to see both neo channels Neo Sports and Neo Sports+ on Dish TV because both channel have some of great cricket action. I had both channels when I had Cable but since Dish Tv use I really miss those channels.

I read that Neo Sports have a long term agreement with tatasky than why not with Dish TV. Dish Tv have 2.3 Million connection and wide rang of usere. Many Dish Tv user want this channels on Dish TV.

Please inform me about your plan with Dish TV.

On channel no 115 I get DD National. But the reception is very very poor. Yesterday (23-NOV-08) I was not able to watch the Cricket match between IND & ENG that was being played at Bangalore.

I had called your call center no[protected] at 6:30 PM. I was told that your system is under some upgrade & my call cannot be taken. I was asked to call back after 30 min. I waited & called back after 60 min (around 7:30 PM), but I was again told the same reason that the system is under some upgrade.

1st time (at 6:30 PM) the customer executive was very un-friendly. His English was very poor. He told me that the system is undergoing some upgrade & I should call after 30 & my problem will be resolved. I was not sure how this person would resolve my problem without even listening to it. I tried clarifying this with him & in return he kept on repeating the same line with louder & more louder & more more lauder voice. I had to tell him to decrease his volume as I can hear normally. It was embarrassing to talk to him. He actually wanted to me to call after 30 min & then he will listen to my problem. Instead he kept on repeating that my problem will be solved.

I seriously doubt Dish TVs customer service intentions ? Do you want to shoo away customers ?

Back to the issue. Is this also a hidden agenda that I will not see DD National during the Cricket & I have to buy Neo Sports ? Others in my complex were able to see the Cricket match on DD National un-interrupted on their Cable Connection.

That SRK's advertise is waste if you also give poor quality video.

I am having a Dish TV connection and I am facing exactly the same problem. I have spent atleast 50 bucks waiting for my call to get attended. They havent responded. They keep your call on waiting for ever and have u listen some non sense ads of theirs. Its really irritating. I really want to know if there is any way we can screw things on them and make them reason for this.

Dish TV — national doesn't show

i cannt c the national channel, whenever i bought new plan, 160. n our partner said to me this channel available in plan. but not c national in this plan. be4 i used to last plan so i c it.

We have Kannada package, we are not getting the Kannada channels i.e. Channel Nos. 779, 881, 883, 884, 885. We tried number of times to contact your cunstomer service centre but we could not. Therefore I request please rectify.

dish tv — Dish tv doesn't show neo sports channel

Dish tv is not displaying the current series between india and south africa on the neo channel after paying Rs. 300 per month rent and dish tv sometimes display the screen that we have not paid payment but the fact is I have paid the rent upto march,2010.
Well First Neo sports channels are not available on Dishtv, Further i would say It is better that Dish TV is not showing that Neo Sports channels since it will cost around Rs. 45 per month and to pay such an amount when the matches are available on DD is obviously not worth.

Neo sports have launched two channels while having very few cricket days only to increase the rates of both the channels. They have very few matches which can be easily accommodated in a single channel. Neo Sports has done it only to increase to increase the rates its channels.

Dish TV — Un satisfying Customer Service

I had registered a complaint on 23rd July regarding an alignment problem. The overall experience was extremely poor.

1 The technician who visited was not even trained on dish tv. So many times he said that he is primarily a LG LCD tech. I had to guide him to the correct screen on settop box menu. He had no compas to align the dish. Why was a untrained, ill equiped technician sent to resolve my problem.
2 The visited was a paid visit. I was not provided a receipt, All i was given was a LG Job Sheet. Since when did Dish rename itself to LG.
3 I had a similar complaint for 24th June. No technician visited and it was incorrectly marked resolved. Why.
4 During tech visit, i called customer service supervisor, using Call me service. Due to connection problem, call got dropped. why was i not given a call back. What is the fun of call me service then.

My dish tru HD shows all channels as 101.Unsubscribed channel though it was subscribed until 4th.March.2013. What will be the problem, happened once I return back from vacation for 10 days.
