I bought den network cable tv stb box THROUGH MOHAN & KHURSHID OF VASUNDHRA.
I have faced lot of trouble with the connection and have raised the concerns earlier also.
And because of lot of issues faced, finally i decided to not continue with den network cable connection.
I have already given the request in written...

Broadband connection not working since 28th January 2024 - Ticket - 2431978

Broadband connection was recharged on 28th January 2024 however it's not working since then. I have complaint multiple time on their customer care number and send them an email to either fix the issue or issue a refund. So far no one has reached out to me till today 23rd February 2024 and now they have stopped responding back on my emails as well. Wifi always gets disconnected and showing No internet

I am a techie and im working in a private firm. So the internet connection is very much mandatory. Daily 4 or % times the wifi gets disconnected and shows No internnet, which is adversly affecting my work. Whenever Im in meeting or like that critical point this happens and somehow it also affects my work.

When I have contacted the operator he is asking me that what should he do whenever the cable breaks, I dont know how come...

Refund not received

Refund not received it's being more than 5 months I am emailing them calling them they just dates and tell to email when email multiple times no response. The service was disconnected in the month of May they collected the device same month but amount not refunded...

I am complaining about my agent fraud and not refunding my money back

Wifi service

I purchased the wifi connection on march 5, 2023. From that day till today 9/10 times its creating with no network, no internet, security issues(security system is so weak that once even my WiFi got hacked). This network creates a lot of troubles and when we asked for refund they are saying no refund would be provided. I want my money back!!!...

WIFI not working

Dear sir,
My WiFi is not working from 3 days and I have been complaining about this on customer's helpline number but they aren't doing anything about this. Every time the assistant is saying we will resolve your problem within 5 hours but nothing happens. We are not able to access Internet at all.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Non stop calls even though I dont use their service

I am receiving non stop calls every day in the morning from these den network’s i had never used their services before but i receive them it is very annoying my network dnd is also enabled and still I receive these calls from the so called den networks it is completely automated call i am unable to block them also. I am fed up with it and I’m here for help....

Broadband

Internet is not working for past two months. Everyday I call customer care numbers. They make it work by changing somthing in the background but it stops in half an hour... and the cycle continues. The local Den line-man himself recommends Jio when I call him. I have paid for 6 months in advance....

Den cable not connecting since last evening

We are facing problem in den cable connection since last evening whereas my neighbours and other residents of my colony are getting their cable connection on tv properly even since last evening...I called and informed my cable operator around 8-10 times today...but he is not responding...even he neither bother to visit my locality nor called me to resolve my cable connection problem...please resolve this connectivity issue at the earliest...

Recharge done but box inactive

please close this open case i had recharge my den tv cable by paymytv.in on 13th April, And after successful recharge of my den setup box my cable was working properly.

But 14th April my cable is gone and I have contact on Den customer care and I have discussed my issue then executive said "contact local cable operator".
And executive has provided case id for my complaint[protected]w301107...
