Den Networks — issue of gst bill / out standing collection / re-connection of cable tv

I had visited your franchise office ( Shivam Digital Cable ( LCOPN384 ), Dapodi-12, MH) twice, with filled Channel Selection From but the shop was closed, eve though I suggest my pack through your site.Your Franchise give the form, but didn't collect it from my residence. He is also not collect the subscription for last three months as I insist for a GST BILL.. So I humbly request you to instruct him to give a GST enabled Invoice for basic value package for three month, as your are not consider my suggestive pack till on date and give the relay as per my suggestive pack.

Den Networks — cable not working

Sir,
My cabel is not working from last 4 days. As i already recharged for the package. But after completing a lot of times no response from them.

Local cable operator of den is very slow in providing service. They don't listen to customer complain. They not picking the call. I try approx 50 + times to connect but they not picking the call.

I'm also trying to connect with den network support number and each time they said its on process we will get back to you soon.. They dont know how much time it will take to resolve...

Even after constantly reminding through call and visit as well my cable operator is not providing me a channel that i especially paid for! Its been hours and we are just left with fruitless requests! They are just neglecting our frequent calls. We just requested for one extra channels subscription which we are not being provided because of their irresponsibility....

Den Networks — no service even after full payment in advance, no resolution of complaints

Sir,
I am a subscriber for den network at faridabad. I have two connections in my house. The s no. Are: mac24767d77ba54 (White coloured box) & smart card no.[protected]Boloured box)
Though i have fully paid for the two connections on 9th may, i am not getting any services.
I have given complaints through my mobile numbers to your helplines ([protected] (M): complaint no.5380550 done on 10.5.19, 5396777 on 17.05.19) & through [protected] (M): 5399292 on 19.05.2019, my complaints remains unresolved.
Hence i request den to take prompt action in this regards and restore...

Hi team,

Its been really pathetic to deal with den broadband services or support staff. My calls are being disconnected because i am asking to resolve my issue for which i have paid for. I am escalating my case since jan month and complaining about bandwidth issue with me.
I am paying for 20mbps plan but since the day i have installed the setup. I did not even used even10 mbps of my paid plan. Even when i escalate or ask for solution i am promised to send engineer to resolve my issue within 24 hours. Yes they come and try to resolve the issue by reset router only and just...

Den Networks — regarding complaint of den cable, operator in unnao-209861 u. p. east

The cable operator executive of den network in my area (Shuklaganj, unnao, uttar pradesh, pin - 209861) is taking extra charges if i am choosing a plan built on my own.
The executive is saying that i have to pay extra rs.20 for every slab of 25 channels.

Though on trai channel selector i built that pack including ftas and 5 broadcaster bouquets namely-

1. Star hindi value pack - rs.49
2. Zee family hindi pack sd - rs. 39
3. Tv 18 budget pack - rs.22
4. Sony happy india 31- rs.31
5. Disney universal bouquet - rs. 10

Den Networks — operation is disrespectful and not returning the city cable box exchange

The operator in my area said there is no citi cable covered in the area so he exchnged my citi box with his den box.

I was not happy with the service so paid him his month end fee and returned the den box respectfully and sincerely but on asking back my citi box he said he will give and now disrespectful when asking back the box and asking me again to pay 300 for the box.

Why should i pay 300 for my own box which i paid and brought....

Den Networks — shifting of internet connection to my new residence.

We have shifted to our new residency. So we want our den broadband connection to be shifted on this address.
Before i had a connection in kucha chelan now i have shifted to ansari road and i want the same connection to be shifted here.
I have sent you around 3-4 complaints already but i didn't get any response. Please look after my complaint as soon as possible because i am having a lot of pending work to be done.

As per above subject mentioned please note that some channels are missing/blocked, hence payment made on reguiar month. So many times we had marked a complaint to our branch but no action had taken place as i have been a customer of den cable company from the past 7 years, so far the services have been impeccable, but recently i encountered some really poor customer service from last year.

I noticed that i was charged for march month is revised again hence your customer care representative assured that the channels will show regularly since yesterday channels are not working, expect...

I have to complain about the wrong and mischevious behaviour of staff. He used to take money every month and after subscription pack i subscribed some family packs channel but from last 10 days we won't get any channel on tv after submission of money. He is not answering the call and also after complaining he wouldn't respond to it. This behaviour is not first time before also the same behaviour shown by him. So plz listen to my prblm and have some quick response....

Though trai regulations allow the subscriber to select any combination of free to air/pay channels / brodcast packs within 100 channels, dennetwork agent in udupi karnataka does not acceept. When pointed out that only 25 doordarshan channels are mandatory within first 100,
They plead helpless as dennetwork system does not accept the same.
I have requested as follows: 36 +7 pay channels + 30 fta channels + 25 mandatory doordarshan channels = 98 channels. Trai software gives a total of 332.88 including 130+23 ncf. Local agent demands rs 40 more as ncf for 36+7 pay channels....

I am a new subscriber of den broadband. I have paid the subscribed amount which is 1500 through paytm on 22 april 2019 as asked by sales executive. After one day it deactivated. When i talk about it to den employees they said its not working due payment issue.. When i said i have already paid the amount they said we will start your service after talking to sales executive. Ii have cable tv connection of den cable tv network. Local service provider is kundan cable surat. Last 15 days we are not able to see subscribed tv channels though we have paid the fees in full.

I have sent mail to m/s den but there is no response.
We are not able to view the tv channels & m/s kundan cable, adajan surat is not responding.

Sir i choose a channel pack of 99 channel with rs 210 + 18% gst but cable opreter is not activated my pack. He said u choose owr pack of 275. If u choose ur pack then u choose 100plus channel.100 fta channel. And paid channel. Than my bill is 260. Plz help us. And we want 2 know try coustmar care no. To registered owr complent.
