Last 2 days our cable network is not working so we went to local cable operator but no one give respose. And that's why we can't see any TV channels....

Representative of den cable networks sold me the HD set up box but since the day TRAI issued pay per use for cable TV operators, den network stopped the service. After repeated follow ups, service started but with frequent disruptions for months together. For some reason or the other service was often disrupted. Team DEN NETWORK,

I bought den network cable tv stb box THROUGH MOHAN & KHURSHID OF VASUNDHRA.
I have faced lot of trouble with the connection and have raised the concerns earlier also.
And because of lot of issues faced, finally i decided to not continue with den network cable connection.
I have already given the request in written and also told the nodal officer of the den networks to refund the amount and give the receipt while
Taking up the setup box back.
But i am not getting any response now from den networks and they are violating trai regulations.

Please help me getting the refund money on return of the setup box.

Broadband connection was recharged on 28th January 2024 however it's not working since then. I have complaint multiple time on their customer care number and send them an email to either fix the issue or issue a refund. So far no one has reached out to me till today 23rd February 2024 and now they have stopped responding back on my emails as well. Whenever I called to their customer care they say wait for 24 hours, I asked them for TAT being followed by company to resolve a problem but they do not have any TAT in place and just make fool of customer by putting them on hold or make fake promises for call back in 2 hours.
Below are the details through which they can feel some shame on their name by harassing a customer who paid them on 28th January 2024 for one month internet connection in advance however when I am writing this email on 23rd February 2024 unable to use it as it's not working.

I am a techie and im working in a private firm. So the internet connection is very much mandatory. Daily 4 or % times the wifi gets disconnected and shows No internnet, which is adversly affecting my work. Whenever Im in meeting or like that critical point this happens and somehow it also affects my work.

When I have contacted the operator he is asking me that what should he do whenever the cable breaks, I dont know how come 5 or more times does the cable breaks on all day.

Please look into it

Refund not received it's being more than 5 months I am emailing them calling them they just dates and tell to email when email multiple times no response. The service was disconnected in the month of May they collected the device same month but amount not refunded

I have complained many times for connecting issue but no visit has been done by technician and complaint closed by internal team and I have been escalating every time but they not responding and provide solutions

Gubbare tv is come all networks but den network gubbare tv not come please add gubbare tv.

I am you current customer and I want refund but my agent is telling me that refund is not available adn when I asked him what is my registered mobile number then he told my number but when I contacted in the company they told me that no account is existing with this number this is totally scam and fraud and i want action against this and refund and the router is also not of den it is of syro tech I want reply related to this issue as soon as possible

I purchased the wifi connection on march 5, 2023. From that day till today 9/10 times its creating with no network, no internet, security issues(security system is so weak that once even my WiFi got hacked). This network creates a lot of troubles and when we asked for refund they are saying no refund would be provided. I want my money back!!!

I tell about channels Gubbare tv is added all networks but density network not added please add Gubbare tv.

Dear sir,
My WiFi is not working from 3 days and I have been complaining about this on customer's helpline number but they aren't doing anything about this. Every time the assistant is saying we will resolve your problem within 5 hours but nothing happens. We are not able to access Internet at all.
Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
