[Resolved] Dish t.v — Pending case of shifting of dish tv antena in my house after 6 reminders | |
From :- Shiv Kumar Sharma Dish T.v :-V.C NO-[protected] I have lodged a complaint on 06-10-09 and the concerned person received on 07.10.09. I have informed him to shift dish TV at some other place. He has asked for charges Rs.350/- for shifting. We agreed. He did not shifted the place of dish TV but replaced it at the same place 6 inches beneth the previous position. He did not paid attention to us and we paid his Rs.350. We have receipt of Rs.350 with us. We have companied in customer care on 24.10.09 (complaint No.[protected] the complaint was attended on help desk by Mr.Manoj. 2nd time again complained was requested on 26.10.09 and they inform that complaint complaint has been forwarded to seniors for further action in this regard. 3rd time complaint was again booked vide complaint No.30217571 to Mr.Kaitar Singh. and he has assured to forward it to Seniors 4th time it was again booked vide complaint No.30217571 was received by Mrs.Aradhana . 5th time it was again booked vide complaint No. 30393961 to Mr.Eklawa No action has been done in this regard 5th time Mr.Reshavh on 06.11.2009 vide complaint No.30704512. Till date no action has been taken in this regard. Dish t.v — bad services
sir,i have installed dish t.v. services on 23rd march 2010 and they said it would start after 24 hrs but it has not still started. i ave called there to customer care they also say that the service will start in next 24 hrs. we took this connection to watch ipl final as our children were not able to watch it during there exams. after 24 hrs when i called there(customer care) they still said that you will be provided with active connection in next 24hrs.but still it has not started and everytime when i make a call there theres a new person and i think they talk with fake names and give fake complaint numbers.because they do not take connections.
the best slogon for dish tv should be:-
"DISH KARO WISH KARO,
CUSTOMER KA PAISA ANDER KARO"
They have a very poor service in regards to recharge the service online.
Pls understand, its only the customer who is going to be with you towards your journey of achievement & ambitions.
