Hi, I have subscribed for DNA and i'm having PRE PAID SUBSCRIPTION BOOKLET. When I called at 65738888, unfortunalety for me I got a chance to speak to PRAKASH an illiterate bugger who was so rude that he doesn’t know to handle the customer request. From him I came to know that he doesn’t have my record in the database. I have paid 299Rs for this subscription and now there are no details available in their database and on inquiry I faced such representative of their who are pathetic. Was this information helpful? Same here, I have paid the subscription fee for Pune. I did not receive a confirmation mail, I have written to the customer support still no reply, then I called up customer care number, the lady said she will verify and email the confirmation email and you will get the booklet. I waited for few more days still no response. Today again I called her and she promised same thing. So not sure what they are doing. I have no time to chase these buggers for 249/-

Same here... only thing was i got a call on Feb end to confirm the details but there after no call not even coupons. I am from Pune. Today when I called DNA, a lady on call said we have dispatched the coupons by courier for the subcription done till 28Feb and you will get it in 8 days. then you can start tell your vendor to start news paper... what a ...
