Hi, Please note that we have not received the Coupon for the current year of DNA. The cheque number which was debited was 574181 on 28th Feb 2013 from our Karnataka bank (Borivali - west). Parmeshvar shrevas our vendor has been delivering us newspapaer but is yet to receive four months of coupons. Please make sure the coupons are delivered so that we can give them the coupons. I submitted the coupons to the vendor on 26th June 2011 for coupon starting from July 2011. He always claims that it is small skinny newspaper and it is not possible to get it. He also said that he will not deliver it to my place and I need to collect it from him early morning. I agreed to that as well.

I had paid for DNA subscription coupen on 24 Feb 2011, as per the person taking money in our company, they took all options , like coupens will be delivered on week ends etc. But to my dismay as of date , coupens are not yet delivered to me. I have already called DNA office around 50 times and each time I have different response. Till now those office guys are not sure whether my coupen are in there office or they are with...

I've subscribed to DNA ( 2 year subscription) on 16 mar 2011. They called me that it will be started soon. but till now, 28 may 2011 neither i've received any copy of DNA newspaper nor any call from them after the first call. i've tried to call the number given on webstie dnaindia.com[protected] but all in vain. they are not receiving my call. I had availed of a subscription from DNA through its website. This was regarding an offer of 2 years subscription for a period of 2 years. After making the payment through the website and receiving a phone call through their offices as per requisite, I was informed that I would receive the booklet within a week or so. I had subscribed to DNA news paper for yearly subscription (I paid the amount of Rs 399 on 18 January, 2011).

I have not received any coupens yet. There is no response from DNA over phone.
I mailed DNA on [protected]@dnaindia.net complaining about the same. They replied just once mentioning that I will get it soon.

The issue with me is of DNA hawkerAshok Zanjale [protected], Kalewadi.
He has taken the money in cash from me for the scheme of DNA yearly subscription for rs 400/-
But he did not give me the coupons and ensured me that he will give me the newspaper regularly for one year from 1-Nov-2009 to 31-Oct-2010.

I have subscribed for DNA and i'm having PRE PAID SUBSCRIPTION BOOKLET. When I called at 65738888, unfortunalety for me I got a chance to speak to PRAKASH an illiterate bugger who was so rude that he doesn’t know to handle the customer request.

From him I came to know that he doesn’t have my record in the database. I have paid 299Rs for this subscription and now there are no details available...
