We booked an envelop with your number TRZ[protected] at your booking office at Srinivasanagar (Pc20), Tiruchirappalli on the 19th October 2009. It was addressed to P.D.Jothikumar, Palayamkottai. It is yet to be delivered. It contains valuable documents. We request you to pleace trace it. Please note that on two earlier occasions our documents/ choclates sent to the same address were either partially lost or eaten up.
